Really frustrating experience - don't buy these sheets. They're completely stretched out, and I wake up with a big lumpy mess. They say this is expected, but their solution to buy some sheet clips wouldn't even solve the issue.Don't waste your money - they've made it clear this is the expectation.

I cannot say enough about this company, the women who run it, or the quality of the product. I bought my sheets over two years ago and I swear they just get more comfortable with each wash. Quickly after I bought the sheet set, I bought a duvet as well, and now own two robes. I can confidently advise you that the quality is top notch, durable and has actually made it hard for me to sleep away from home!And lastly, you can rest easy knowing that the three women who run this company are wonderful. They are incredibly committed to supporting and giving back to women (which is notable in the charity they've partnered with) and also run a side hustle that supports female entrepreneurs in Vancouver. Great product and great people; I call that a win win!

I have the Dove Sheet Set, and it is so comfortable and warm. 10/10 for linen comfort, lovely selection of colours, and optimal customer service. Also, the owners are super sweet.

I have one of the duvet sets (for over three years now) and they are my favourite sheets I own. I also have two of the quilts and use (and wash) them often. Great quality + soften with time. Highly recommend.

After less than two years of use, the sheets I purchased from Flax Home developed holes. Despite following the care tips on their website, the company adamantly refused to acknowledge their guarantee of quality and offered no resolution other than a discount on future purchases. Over the course of almost a month of back-and-forth emails, they simply repeated their stance and showed no sincere, personal interest in me as a customer.What's even more disappointing is that Flax Home's response to my complaints was to repeat the same care tips found on their website, ignoring my previous statements that I had followed those tips.In short, Flax Home's linen sheets have a shockingly short lifespan, and their guarantee of quality is meaningless. Their solution? Encouraging customers to buy two sets so that they won't wear out as fast.They're now introducing a cotton-linen blend, likely due to the numerous complaints they've received about the durability of their product. No wonder.Save yourself the frustration and money - look elsewhere for quality linen sheets.

We are thrilled with the Flax Home linen sheets in our master,,, excellent quality, temperature regulating, wash beautifully,,, great customer service too,., we bought a second set and have referred friends who are looking to upgrade their sleeping experience like we have. My husband and I will be loyal customers of Flax Home for a very long time!

I WANT to love this company. However I purchased a set of their bedding and after only a year of use, the fitted sheet completely deteriorated with large holes and rips throughout. I diligently followed the care and washing directions so this is a quality issue not a customer issue.I am also disappointed in the customer service as I reached out to the company a few weeks ago and never heard back… looking through their reviews it looks as though many others have also had issues with the fabric deteriorating after only a few months.The linen is beautiful however if you do choose to buy their bedding, be mindful that the sheets will likely only last you about 8-12 months. I’ve never had to replace sheets so quickly before … at that price I don’t think it’s worth the cost.
