I have contacted corporate offices. This branch is an absolute nightmare to order from. Ranging from very poor quality products, to missing items, over an hour late deliveries and in todays case, not even showing up even if the app said delivered. This branch is ruining the bran for me and I’m sure other as well…

UPDATED**:The manager of the store emailed me and sent me gift certificates to replace my order and rectified the mistake. Seems their phone line had been completely down when I was trying to contact the store. I'm giving it a 4 stars now as the issue was resolved. Thanks!ORIGINAL REVIEW:I just ordered and I would give 0 stars to this location. I ordered the cinnastix TWICE now and got normal breadsticks with the icing. I cant even call the location. The line just beeps as if the phone is busy. Seems like the workers leave the phone on or off the receiver so no calls can get through. I can’t even get it fixed.

I've ordered from this location countless times and every single time it has been great. Definitely one of the best Domino's locations out there.

If you want a pizza from domino's go to New west domino's. This is the worst pizza. Waste of money. I ordered a pizza double pepperoni bacon and jalapenos and got a pizza with not even single pepperoni on a pizza half of the pizza had no cheese. got nothing on it. Emailed domino's head office twice now they don't care. Go to papa John way better pizza in New Westminster

I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Domino's. I ordered a pizza with jalapeño toppings, but when it arrived, after some coworkers started to take their slice, I was extremely astounded to see that they had been applied sparingly. It was clear that the kitchen staff had not put any consideration into the distribution of toppings. Like cmon man, a singular jalapeno to a maximum of two per slice... that is embarrassing. The bite to jalapeno ratio is a jaw dropping 27.3% and thats me being considerate. As a result, my pizza was bland and unsatisfying.I would highly recommend driving the extra 6 minutes to the 12th street location as I haven't had any lackluster topping experiences from them this far. Please address this issue as I am certain it is not only me who would like more than a singular jalapeno per slice :)

Super tasty tonight. Ordered the online wacky Wednesday build your own pizza. Thin crust BBQ chicken pizza was delicious and crunchy but could of used more chicken. The marble cookie was warm and soft and gooey just how I like it. Price was very reasonable too which is almost impossible to find these days at pizza joints.

I order pizza many times. Every time i got great pizza and great service. Manager is very kind. And pizza toppings are perfectly distributed and proper toppings not less not more. I definitely recommend everyone to go to this dominos. Ask manager for offers. He will definitely give you a good deal and best pizza.

As if dominos wasn’t the worst out of all chains. This might be the worst location in the lower mainland. Only reason I ordered is they’re close to home.I did call the store to try and resolve the issue, and was offered a remake and to be honest it’s late and that’s not what I wanted. Nor was I looking for a full refund/ free food.Just simply the refund on the product I was not giving, But I was told that’s not possible. So I’m taking the financial hit on that one I guess. Also delivery driver pulled everything out on its side when handing the order over. Owner clearly cheap out on ingredients and you’ll just get bread and sauce. Glad to see other reviews have the same problems.

Staff made mistakes on our order, charged us for 4 and handed over 3.We discovered the mistake once we got home.Refused to correct the action by delivering the missing pizza. They were rude on the phone and aggressive in person. Multiple staff members engaged on the same conversation.Also they don't wear their masks all the time as they are working in kitchen.Never going back there again.
