Just swapped to the new system as a new driver and I know very little about insurance, Graham the employee I talked to was extremely helpful in explaining the new system to me and helping me get the costs down on my yearly premium. Huge thank you to him, by far the best experience I have had so far getting insurance. Plan on being back in a year to renew.

Very bad experience with today staff members. Very unprofessional customer service, 16 days delay by fault on their office management part (having 2 email addresses what they randomly use and cannot manage them properly causes the delay with no follow up from their side). Not listening the customer, constantly interrupting, make the customer waiting and hang up. This location lost 3 customers for sure as a result of this mismanagement and very poor customer service. Other staff members were much more cooperative and professional for the last few years as i am returning customer, but today experience was tragic and loosing $310 due to their lack of coordination and management. So it is a gamble to deal with this branch.

I just came home from a terrible car insurance renewal. The rep was Matthew. Normally don’t write reviews but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I brought my husband and 2 year old son in to renew insurance. There was one person ahead of us renewing their insurance so it was a bit of a wait (longer transaction). My husband was holding our son and resting his weight on the counter. Our 2 year old reached over to touch the computer wires and my husband quickly said don’t touch. Matthew made a comment saying how he doesn’t understand why people put their kids on the counters all willy nilly and made a rude joke about it to the current customer he was helping saying you’re going to find out if you keep touching those wires and I’m going to have to go home. It was our turn. I went up to the counter and was holding my son. He tried to reach for the debit terminal but I quickly moved it out of his reach and told him not to touch. Matthew then made a comment telling me not to slam the terminal on the counter. I definitely didn’t slam it, only moved. I made a comment to him telling him look we are doing our best trying to entertain and distract a 2 year old while waiting for the transaction. He was very short and rude during the entire transaction. Prior to leaving I said well I would say this has been a pleasure but it really hasn’t been. He then responded with control your physco kid. He clearly doesn’t have kids otherwise he would have some compassion and understanding. Also, my son was actually being pretty good, just a 2 year old. I will not be going here again. I’ve been going there for years and the other reps have been really good. Matthew you need to learn how to talk to people. 0 stars for customer service.

The female employees there are snappy and unhelpful. Employees are rude and disengaged. The gentleman who was helping us was joking about our business use coverage saying that now because we have “business use” coverage for our car we could use the vehicle drug trafficking….pardon me?! Not funny at all. Highly unprofessional; if I could give 0 stars, I would. I will never be back.

The worst Auto broker for ICBC in town. They consistently screw me over, and I end up having to pay extra money or I'm missing coverage on my auto plan that I asked for.The most resent issue:I went in to switch my banking info last month, I signed the paperwork, they said the banking information for both vehicles were changed...but I would soon find out they did not.I noticed only one payment came out of my new account, I checked my old bank account, and they tried taking it out twice. I now have multiple NSF fees that I doubt ICBC will replace, AND ICBC also charged late fees for missed payments. I'll be calling once they are open to find out how they will be unable to return the NSF and late fees.Good job guys.

I went in on Saturday to transfer ownership of a vehicle and insure it for 1 year. The young lady I first spoke to had absolutely no idea what to do - she was nice but clearly unqualified and transferred me to the older gentleman working in the store.Unfortunately, he also did not know how to do the job. He gave me several incorrect statements and instructions - I got fed up and just left. I went to another insurance business up the street and completed the paperwork in about 10 minutes, without issue.

Had to update my work details (distance info)….Please note you have 30 days to adjust any vehicle class changes or you coverage could be void! Sussex had all their agent desks full and there was no wait even with a full house. My agent was informative, friendly and had good tips. Great location.

First and last time going here. I was in today around noon as I needed an estimate for a new car due to my previous one being written off after a hydroplaning accident. They were unprofessional and rude with their handling of the procedure and customer service left a lot to be desired. I left feeling embarrassed and feeling more like a spectacle than a person.

The agent here refused to do a vehicle transfer for me. Drove down to Hub, and they did it, no problem.Edit. Before refusing to do the transfer, he did an insurance cancellation for a totaled truck. However, I never got the refund and when I called ICBC for information they said it had been processed. So it's been refunded, but to whom I don't know. Its now been a week trying to deal with this. I don't know if this is intentional or by mistake but I cannot recommend this place.
