Insight Medical Imaging - Callingwood

First time here, there was nobody in the lobby this Tuesday afternoon so I may have been lucky, however I was in and out of this X-ray clinic in 15 minutes! Staff were super polite, friendly, and answered my couple questions with ease. Would recommend for anyone needing an X-ray quick.

First time there. The change rooms could be a bit Warmer. STAFF was amazing, everyone was friendly. The Receptionist apologized 4 or 5 times for a delay in checking me in, due to another patients care emergency. Which I was fine with. Sadly my White Coat Syndrome kicked in.

I needed to do have xray right away because of my busy schedule. From the the time i called all the way to of me getting my xray was all poaitive experience. Call center was fast, receptionist was really friendly and gave the directions clear. You dont see them slacking and get into helping you right away. Which is for me an outstanding customer service.

Penny Levy...Although the receptionist and the technician were very pleasant, I was disappointed that the radiologist had gone home early, especially as my doctor had sent me for an urgent X-ray due to lung issues I had been having. I had the X-ray last Friday, July 29th, 2022 and was told that the results would be available after the long weekend. Now it is Wednesday, August 3, 2022, two days past the long weekend and I still haven't been notified by email that the results have been posted to my health records. I am feeling very anxious about this.

So disappointed with the service, I took my 2.5 years old son with nose injury to get the xray done, the receptionist was being so rude to me because my 2.5 years old is not wearing a mask???? When I told her I try to make him wear it but he removes it, she said in an ultra violent tone keep trying till you are in this place. My son was in pain and irritated because of the nose injury and this lady made me n my son more irritated trying to humiliate us by telling again n again to make my son wear a mask. She made my son feel threathened, when we have gone inside to get xray done the lady in the radiation room denied to get the xray done saying she cannot take it because my son was moving???she did not even try again.so disappointed...guys never visit this location even by mistake, pls terminate these two mannerless ladies who think they can talk to anybody in such a rude tone.

I was absolutely discussed with the staff at this place !!! Seriously talking about customers while they are still changing wow ! I heard the girls saying that I was possibly super high on drugs!Seriously took my breath away ! ! Makes me think what the heck how are they treating other people. Will not refer anyone too them after this incident very poor customer service this made me feel discriminated. What a wonderful way too start my day thanks too the two ladies…

I am extremely appreciative of the ladies who were working May 18th, 2023 when I walked in for X-rays. For two months I had been trying to get ahold of the MIC to book an ultrasound Appt and couldn’t get anyone on the phone with their new phone system, nor does the online booking allow you to actually select a date and time - only your “preferred time”, and then it takes over a week to receive a booking date. Which in my case was a month into the future at a time I didn’t select.The lady at this insight location offered to book me in, pulled up the scheduler, and found me a date and time that worked at the meadowlark location, because though they don’t do ultrasounds at the callingwood location. Then they had me in an out of the X-ray within 20-30 min. Hardly any wait compared to other imaging centres where you could be waiting upwards of an hour or longer before getting your X-rays done.100% recommended this location.

It would definitely help for booking staff at Insight to mention that certain locations close for 1.5 hours at lunch time. When they say a location is open 9-5, it's not really accurate if the location shuts down for lunch. Customers have plans for their day - today, at Callingwood, 9 patients, in addition to me, were apparently turned away because of the lunch break. The secretary seemed perfectly happy to brag about turning away so many people. I guess she's not going to mention this problem with any of her supervisors, for follow up.

Wonderful place! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I even got in and out for xrays in 20 minutes. Thank you so much ladies!

Absolutely pleased with the receptionist Jillian for going the extra mile and offering to book a cortisone injection for me because I mentioned I hadn’t been able to get through to central booking for the past couple of days. She was patient pleasant and professional with a steady pace of patients coming in. Thank you Jillian!
