Absolutely worst collections agency to deal with, our rep Gordon was rude, he hung up on us all the time, addressed us in a very unprofessional manner. I have also left a complaint against them with the BBB in regards to the treatment and conduct of their staff, specifically Gordon.

There's no actual debt owed to their client or them, yet they continue to harass. I've asked for proof of debt, they can't furnish anything. They'll call you repeatedly, without pause. Gross practices.

Repeated calls meant for the previous owner of this number. I've left several voicemails asking them to stop calling and they've all been ignored. Can't imagine they are very efficient at collecting debt if they are constantly calling the wrong people.
