Definitely recommend coming here with a group of friends. It’s a unique experience to say the least. Stress reliever meets workout so prepare for a sore body the next day. I do suggest renting the overalls for safety purposes, it’s worth the small extra charge. 1.5 hours would be much better time slots per booking but unfortunately it’s only an hour. They did give us an extra 15 minutes which was nice. So just be mindful of the clock. Also, please bring your own water bottles or purchase at the convenience store next door. They do not sell water in house & you’ll definitely need it!!

Had fun smashing things! Paid for the “Date Night” option. Smashed 4 liquor bottles, around 30 beer bottles and a printer. However, we didn’t smash what the website had also listed, which was; 4 dinnerware items and 2-3 electronics/house hold items. I mentioned this to the front and he didn’t know what I was talking about…** so just make sure you get what you paid for! Other than that, it was super fun!

When I first came in I couldn’t understand what was going on from outside the place looked like a club I was excited with a lil mix of Rex Room. We came in and the hostess was very relaxed and cool and she explained the details and I even got to meet the owner working on new projects for this amazing genius business. We got back there and when we started breaking stuff it was amazing and so stress relieving. I then was told about a camera holder and we made movies. The establishment is set up great and you can even do hookah and BYOB. Amazing young spot great for couples needing a lil stress relief outside the home lol. Your welcome.- Anthony

Lots of fun and good for relieving some stress.Our favourite was the bottle smash, would love to do a full package of just smashing bottles. The electronic smash was fun but defiantly takes more strength and may not be for everyone.Staff are friendly. Make sure you wear long pants and closed toe shoes.

Had a great experience here. Booked the Date Night for my boyfriend and I. I thought 30 minutes wouldn't be enough, but it was plenty - was exhausted at the end! We smashed bottles and destroyed a printer and computer screen. Enough options to use to destroy things. The guy working was super helpful and informative, gave us the rundown with safety and everything.

Great concept in theory but in function, the room is tiny. There are people with bathrooms bigger than this smash room. We weren't expecting broken glass bottles to be such a huge part of it, luckily we all had boots on rather than regular sneakers but our clothes weren't thick enough to protect from glass flying off the walls. All they advise is long pants and closed shoes. The helmets and face shields do not protect your neck from the side. We were a group of 5 and had to squish backs against the wall when people were in the smashing zone and pieces of glass and plastic were flying at us. The group that came after us was supposed to be 8 people -- there's NO WAY they all fit in that room safely with anyone who wasn't smashing behind the red line (which, I'm not sure what basis of safety they even drew the red line with). Obviously we expect there to be chunks of what we're breaking flying around but when you're basically in a closet, it's way too close. In this photo (my back is flat against the wall) you can get an idea of how tiny the room is, and how close you are to the back wall we were instructed to throw beer bottles at. And of course a member of our group left with a shard of glass lodged deep in their arm, unsurprisingly.

Great experience! Booked the date nite. Got to smash 48 beer bottles, 4 large liquer bottles and 3 small appliances. Only reason I am giving 4 stars is because they did not have a bathroom.

Hosted a bachelorette party at Go Smash and Keith and the team made the experience unforgettable and made sure we had the best and most memorable time possible. It was a really fun experience and we all said we would return and try it again.

Went with my husband for some fun and damn, that was awesome!If you're thinking about going, would 100% recommend, but be ready to get bruised if you're not careful!Would definitely come back next I go to Toronto!
