Theses gentlemen just installed a new on demand water heater to replace one that was 17 years old. They offered us all the options so we could make an informed decision. Once the decision was made it was only a couple of days until the unit was installed. They cleaned up any mess, laid drop cloths to protect our floors, and were polite and quiet while they were here. We shopped around knowing that we may need to get our unit replaced and this wonderful company came in $1000 cheaper than one of the companies! They have our business for everything now furnace, A/C, and the maintenance of our on demand hot water system. It is not just about the price either. They got back to us quickly, and got down to business when we needed them!Thanks so much, a customer can't go wrong with this company.

Amazing customer service, quick, dependable and knowledgeable. I just had a new furnace installed and it only took them a few hours to remove the old and fully install the new! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They left the furnace area very clean and tidy. No mess left behind. Would highly recommend!

Found our furnace to be struggling on a Friday night. My husband checked the usual suspects with no luck but noticed the furnace was throwing out an error code. We called and their on call tech called back right away, provided instructions on what to check and how to fix it ourselves. Honest and prompt. We had another minor issue a few years back that they came out for as well and were extremely reasonable. Highly recommend them.

Long time family business. They have installed both a complete furnace and AC system for me as well as a Natural Gas Boiler.Had a mechanical issue with the boiler and they kept coming back until the issue was resolved. Great service and good folks to deal with.

The company sent someone the day after I called for fireplace and furnace maintenance. Sonny was friendly, professional, polite and informative. He answered all my questions and showed me how to turn off and reset the fireplace pilot light and how to remove the glass front.I highly recommend this company to anyone needing heating services.

They are very professional.. several companies came and declined the job or quoted very high numbers ( 24,000 plus) to replace both furnace and AC but BN dependable came in and said that's isn't necessary.. instead they fixed the existing problem for less than 1000$ and spent 9 hrs in my attic at 120 degrees to fix the issue.. they had 4 guys go up at 20 minute increments.. I have never seen such dedication from any company and I applaud them for doing this very difficult job in that heat. I would give them 10 stars if I could.. 100% recommend them. Honest and truly dependable.

After speaking to a dozen companies about having my hot water tank and boiler replaced, Brian and BN were the most responsive and affordable for the same products I was offered elsewhere. He also took his time to explain the work to me and offered a couple suggestions based on our needs.Getting the work scheduled with the office was simple. The team showed up promptly and did the workin a professional manner . Over two days they installed a new boiler and indirect tank, removed the old items, patched all the new and old holes and did a great job keeping the site spotless. The installers was great to talk with, explaining all the work as well as putting up with the occasional interested cat.We are happy with the work that was done and our decision to go with BN for our heating needs. Would recommend them for any HVAC work you have.
