This is my second time getting a perm and the quality of service is UNMATCHED. I had brought my girlfriend with me to get her haircut as well and she was amazed. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The sweetest ladies you’ll ever meet. They are all extremely knowledgeable and personable. This is my go to salon for any of my hair needs! If you’re thinking about coming for hair treatments, facials or anything else, don’t just walk, RUN! 10/10!!!

I had an amazing experience at the Anna Bella spa in Waterdown! I received an Aquapure facial and scalp ozone deep cleansing. Cindy and Jinny were wonderful, they were very professional and knowledgeable when walking me through each step of the process. Always a great experience going to Anna Bella Med Spa! Beautifully decorated and clean location, with friendly and welcoming top service. I have been receiving acupuncture from Dr. Lee and he is very attentive and has done a great job in treatment. I would definitely recommend coming here!

One of the best salon experiences I have ever received! Anna makes you feel at home and makes sure you’re taken care of. They did a complete scalp analysis and provided scalp treatment accordingly. I would highly recommend to anyone that is looking to get their hair done or any other cosmetic treatment!

Anna and Cindy are so kind and professional! My boyfriend and I drive 1.5hr every few weeks to come here and it’s absolutely worth it.Beyond hair they also have facial treatments and massages. I loved my AquaPure treatment. They had an imaging machine that showed my skin’s health and after the treatment my skin was radiant and felt so healthy. They offer a $120 promotion for first time appointments and I highly recommend trying it.

I recently had a facial done here by Cindy and it was an amazing experience! My face felt a lot less oily and much more hydrated after the facial and she made sure to explain the procedure very thoroughly before each step. The service was really great I would definitely recommend:)
