WAXON Laser + Waxbar

I got Braziliant laser hair removal done a few months ago. (i purchased an almost $1500 package) The first two treatments were painful but okay, the third time I had to put numbing cream (that I purchased right after the second treatment) an hour before. Even with the help of numbing cream, i was screaming crying on the bed and was told that was kind of normal.. when I got home, I noticed redness, bumps, blisters all over my private part. It was painful and itchy for at least two weeks, the worst part is the discolouration and scarring. It’s traumatizing to say the least!! I realized later that they did not do the proper skin tone test prior to any of the treatments... now, they are not responding when I ask for my remaining balance back, even I’m willing to pay for the first two treatments full price?? It was insane for them to offer store credits when it’s this damaging and think I would ever go back there again!

The service was INCREDIBLE. Charity did an incredible job, achieving what I wanted for my brows. The eye mask treatment was heaven. I loved the result of that as well! The service didn't take long at all, and my brows look beautiful! Looking forward to my next appointment, and trying out their other services soon! Thank you Charity!!

Super friendly staff! They've never made me feel awkward or embarrassed, they're quick and efficient, and everything is always clean. Reasonably priced for a professional job, though if you're used to doing it at home, keep in mind it's gonna be a bit pricey (as with every salon). Totally worth it though!

Can’t say enough great things about my experience and the staff. I started out going for Brazilian wax and because of the great monthly membership it enticed me to invest in Lasor hair removal.Jessica was very informative about the process and Laura(manager) and Bren on the desk are always a delight.On the plus, 2 Lasor treatments in on my underarms and lower leg and I’m seeing results already.

I left with tons of wax still left on me, As well as quite a bit of hair left off where they were supposed to have waxed; namely my legs. They were friendly for the most part. Then when they both decided to wax my legs at the same time because they were running short on time. I was in great amount pain, more than I have ever been getting my legs waxed before.

Service was nice. I went in for a brow wax and tint. I told the esthetician that it was my first time and that i have very sensitive skin. I got a skin burn after she waxed my left eye brow and it Is literally the next day and I see clearly that the tint has not lasted at all. She should’ve kept the tint for some more time i think. I would prefer going somewhere else next time.

My first time in Halifax was wonderful thanks to my day being started with a brow shaping here. From the moment I walked in the door, the vibe was super inviting with great conversation from both the front desk staff and Charity! I highly recommend Charity for your eyebrow needs. She got my eyebrows together and was exceptionally sweet! If I'm ever back in Halifax, I will be back to see this crew!

Highly recommend going to Jessica at Waxon! She is incredible at what she does and one of the nicest people I’ve ever come across.
