Verry friendly staff… But the information what she give me about the rules in Canada with sun tanning is totally wrong… The beds ar only 600KW (I go under 1600/1800kw normally) and she say that that is everywhere in Canada but thank god it’s not true! , and you are not aloud to go higher then 8 minutes the first couple times!

I got my lashes done by Tyla she is amazing! Definitely the best lash set i’ve ever gotten. I showed her a photo of lashes i’ve seen online and she replicated them perfectly. She was so kind and a very good listener. Definitely coming back !!

Absolutely the best service I’ve ever received. The new manager, Sarah, is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond and always has a smile on her face. I will be visiting much more often with the new management in place. Thanks fabutan and Sarah for being the most friendly place to visit! See you next time

I have gone to a lot of different fabutans all over Alberta but have to say this one is my favorite. Super close to my residence and easy to get to. The beds give out some good heat and are newer. Fabutan does hire very friendly staff, and that is across the board at any location I have gone to in Alberta. I wouldn't go to any other studio, I'm a lifer, and that's mainly because of the wonderful stuff.

A friend recommend this place after a great interaction with Sarah. I received a friendly welcome and above & beyond service from Sarah. I'm a newbie to tanning but she took the time to walk me through my options, different plans and different lotions. I'll definitely be back regularly to get my Mexico tan started!

Awesome job on updating the interior.Super friendly and helpful staff.Sarah is always happy to see everyone and I can't say enough nice things about her and how awesome she is with my 5yr old son if he is with me and waiting.

Love it there. Staff is amazingly friendly. You feel welcome and like a long-lost friend the minute you walk in there . The manager is great.

Great clean beds and knowledgeable staff. Only concern is they hate walk ins. I'm not one to book since I never now when I will have time. Two staff members now have came off kind of pushy and annoyed that I didn't book an appointment, even though there was no wait time... I found that slightly rude.

I received eyelash extensions on Thursday and my experience was less than ideal. My tech didn’t speak the entire time and never gave me any care instructions post. Within an hour of me leaving, my lashes started falling out. And here we are 2 days later and 90% of them have fallen out. I am super disappointed as I spent $140 to get my eyelashes done for my anniversary weekend and they are non-existent 2 days later. I have hardly touched them and used the brush provided and they’re still coming out in chunks. Definitely will not be coming back.!
