I work at a financial investment firm and have been trying to obtain an appointment with a salesperson to view office furniture. It has been over a week and after several attempts at trying to connect with a salesperson I have heard nothing back. Extremely disappointing. I am not at all impressed.

I was able to get a hold of someone for a showroom viewing. She said I should be getting a callback in the afternoon to confirm my appointment. Like most others, I never got a call back. I guess i'll try steelcase right across the street....
