So close to natureGrand view of Grand river

Beautiful, small creek in a quiet neighbourhood next to a busy road. Great trail system and there are lots places to step off the path.

Went to an indoor and outdoor museum of the history of the people in the Kitchener-Warerloo region. I loved exploring the old buildings outdoors and learned a lot from the young people who were dressed up in period costumes from the 1914 era were also very ready to share with us and show us around. We enjoyed seeing the way people lived at that time and that a couple of the buildings were used in the filming of Anne of Gree Gables. I never knew this place existed. Some visitors from Mexico City who were travelling with me found it on Google in places to see in the area and we had just enough time to fit it in on our trip from Hamilton to London. I would recommended. It was overcast so we pretty much had the place to ourselves.

It's a really nice park it a quiet neighbourhood area. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for some piece and quiet or just for a relaxing weekend picnic. It's also very close to the grand river trail which is one of my favourite spots to go.
