Had a major issue with my dryer and needed to get vent cleaned in a challenging situation as access to the exhaust was on top of a 4 story townhouse. Vik was an absolute pleasure to speak with on the phone, offering me very honest advice and working around my schedule to find a time that would work. Quintin showed up to do the service and was an absolute professional in every way and a pleasure to deal with. Best money I’ve spent in a really long time. I had my dryer vents cleaned out. The guy who came to my home was professional and on time. He explained everything upfront and cleaned up after himself. We have used Dryer Vent Wizard to service our dryer vents at home and at our business. They are very professional and courteous! It's great to be able to deal with a company that knows what they are doing. We had other dryer vent company which we used in the past, but Dryer Vent Wizard of East York and The Beaches are the best. The previous company we used to clean out dryer vents only came in with a vacuum and cleaned the vent from the inside. We continued to have issues with our clothes not drying and dryer shutting off. We called that other company frequently and honestly it's been a complete waste of time and money. When we contacted Dryer Vent Wizard we could sense there was something different about them. They were extremely professional and we didn't have to leave a message then wait days to hear back. After booking the appointment the Wizard tech showed up on time. He checked everything out and pointed out things which have never been shown to us before. The main culprit for our issues was the dryer venting pipe that came out of the dryer. It was curled up and collecting lint. Not sure why the other guy didn't know about this. The technician replaced it and cleaned our vent from the outside instead of the inside only. We haven't had any issues with our dryer since Dryer Vent Wizard came in. I had them come back to clean the dryer vent at our business location as well. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing their dryer vent cleaned! They always seem to do that little extra that counts. 5 star plus service across the board!

I had a really bad experience with Duct Cleaning company before these guys came out to our place of business.They showed up as scheduled. The tech climbed on top of our roof to check the vent. No other companies had done this before. He did some work inside to ensure everything was safe. He climbed up and down our roof a few times to make sure everything was working right before he left.He was very friendly and polite. Even with me asking him questions. I would recommend this group to anyone needing dryer vent stuff done.

We had some major issues with our dryer venting system. Couldn't figure it out. We first thought it was issues with the actual dryer. We had an appliance repair person come in but he couldn't help. He said it may be a dryer vent issue. We called a duct cleaning company to come help us. They also weren't able to resolve the problem. Finally found Dryer Vent Wizard of East York and The Beaches and they were great. We had more of a bigger issue than we had previously thought. Our dryer vent line was filled with lint all the way from the back of my dryer to the end of it. Our dryer vent is super long with many bends. It was so full of lint that it even disconnected in my attic causing lint all over my attic space. The other guys only tried cleaning from the outside and NOT THE INSIDE. HE DIDNT EVEN CHECK ANYTHING ON THE INSIDE. Dryer vent Wizard were super great. They checked everything out and told us how to solve the issues. We had several things which needed to be done and they gave us options.  At this point we were ready to finally have this taken care of. Dryer vent wizard guy didn't have to, but he also cleaned all the lint inside my attic. They really helped me understand the in's and out's of dryer vent safety. I never realized my blocked dryer vent was causing my dryer to overheat and that's why our clothes would never dry. I could not believe how dangerous my dryer venting system was. I never knew it had to be cleaned either. This is something we overlooked. Given our home is over a hundred years old or more I think, but I don't think it's ever been cleaned. Not sure why the dryer vent was connected this way. This company is extremely professional and everyone who works here is great. The call centre rep I spoke to, the technicians, and I want to personally thank the manager Vik for helping me out and sending his main technician. If you have never had your dryer vents cleaned please do it! I am having them come back next year to make my dryer vent line take a shorter path. We opted in for the cheaper option for now. But our clothes are drying and everything is finally good. We can see the heat coming out of vent over now and the flaps move. Before was nothing. Get in touch with this company and they will help you. I have recommended them to my other family members and they are getting theirs done next week. This is a really critical service everyone needs. Used this company in the past. We recently moved and we’re having dryer issues. Last time we went out and bought a new dryer because we thought it was a problem with the dryer. We learnt from our past mistakes and hope anyone having a dryer issue sees this and tackle the dryer vent first. Booking was easy as usual. The team came out and cleaned our dryer vent. That also needed to make some modifications because it wasn’t safe. As usual they came when they said they would. The technician was polite and professional. The tech came on time, was professional and very clear with the work that needed to be done and total cost of the service. We recently bought a new washer and dryer tower for the condo, and discovered we had to get it side vetted and no one else in the cities was able to help, so Dryer Vent Wizard really saved the day.
