Rude, snobby staffI was kicked out of their Vancouver location for sitting on the movie night couch in the showroom. Apparently they have a 30 min policy for trying out furniture, not daily, but total (I was there the day before too). How absurd is that when trying to pick out a sofa? especially in that price range. If I'm going to buy a $4000 sofa, I need to sit in it for a while, that's just basic sofa buying advice.Is this seriously how you treat customers? The salesperson sent me the price and told me to get out. I've never been treated so poorly ever. I told her they just lost a sale and a customer, to which she replied whatever". Totally unprofessional."

Had my coffee table for two months and there is a giant crack in the base. When I reached out to the customer service reps, I was told this was normal" and part of the "lived in" look. This is unacceptable for the price of this coffee table. This is simply poorly made and bad word working. Such a disappointment as the table itself is beautiful. Even more disappointing is the refusal to offer me a replacement for a clearly faulty table. I was assured this did not interfere with the structure of the table? There is a crack in the supporting base. Unacceptable and will not be returning as a customer. Strongly encourage you not to waste your money."

I recently purchased the Book Club Sofa in Sea Glass. I am very disappointed with the fabric - when looking at the couch, it has a plasticky shine to it that is totally different from the other pieces in the Vancouver showroom. It also shows wrinkles quickly. Compared to the sofa I have from EQ3 and others I considered, the fabric looks and feels much lower in quality. I strongly recommend looking at the couch and the fabric (on a piece of furniture or *large* swatch) in a showroom before purchase (although this is unfortunately not possible in Vancouver). I purchased the sofa online based on the positive reviews on Sundays' website and I am now realising that the reviews are carefully curated - my low-star review from a few days ago is not visible.

I have ordered a sectional as well as a coffee table from Sundays. I dealt with Nhu via email and she was fantastic!! She was prompt in her replies as well as very helpful in helping me choose fabric for my sectional just by the pictures I sent her from my space. I even had everything ordered at one point and I reached out to her because I wanted to change my mind...even though the furniture is custom made she gave me no grief!! She said she just wanted me to be happy which I appreciated since it is a bigger purchase. Thanks you Sundays and Nhu for being so accommodating. I'm just itching for my items to show up!!

We are so pleased with the furniture we ordered at Sundays. The Cloud bed is just beautiful and our plane coffee table is simply stunning! The customer service is outstanding. Thank you very much for everything. Anne & Chris

I recently took delivery of my Queen Cloud Storage Bed. When it was set up, I noticed a stain on one of the panels. I immediately called their customer service number and was put in touch with Nhu. She was extremely helpful and understanding. She also followed up with solutions by email. Nhu is a credit to her company. Thank you for your service Nhu. It was a pleasure to deal with you!I also have to mention the delivery fellows that set up the bed were equally as helpful with a great attitude and very quick!Sunday's has great products and wonderful staff. I look forward to shopping there again soon.

Amazing customer service. They contacted me to let me know of a shipping delay and followed up with my product. Like how often do companies do that now! Overall quality was amazing. Looked exactly like the picture represented on their website. Nice whtie linen fabric that wipes off really easy. It's a dupe of the RH cloud bed and omg you wouldn't even know the difference (but it was less then half the price) shipping company brought it upstairs unpacked, assembled and took away the garbage. Best first time experience with a company. Highly recommend Sundays. This company is amazing for good quality furniture, prices and customer service.

We have only had our Get Together sofas for about 2 weeks, so I cannot write about how they perform long term, however for the short period of time we have had them, they are incredibly comfortable and we are very happy with them! Because they are new and we do not know how long they will last"

I rarely take the time to leave reviews but I felt like I had to this time. My partner and I got a Sunday Couch (cloud puff) when we moved into our new home in 2021. We heard few friends saying it was the best couch and we saw all the good reviews. I’m not sure where the trend comes from for this specific product but it’s definitely the worst couch we’ve ever had. It looks like a couch you would put in a basement for your kids. Everyday you have to put it back together so that it looks like something! It just looks so messy and not even. The pillows are not heavy enough everything is moving constantly and you have to redo everything every time you sit on it so that the pillows can be fluffy and comfortable. We’re about to sell it to buy another brand’s couch. Maybe it’s the couch we received and not all of them? Not sure but we’re really disappointed as it was a pricey couch and you don’t change your couch every 2 years. It should be a long term purchase.
