I called right before Christmas, and they provided great service. He cleaned my fireplace, find the wire that casing the issue. Reconnect the wire, and right now my family could enjoy the fireplace. The service charge is very reasonable compare with some other companies. So I would highly recommend them if you have any fireplace issue.

Called this company to get someone to come take a look at our heater. The heater was having issues turning on. They were able to get us an appointment within 24 hours. The service was great! They were able to determine the issue within a couple of hours and provided us a fix.

The Roger's installed a Rheem's furnace on this Monday. to be honest, I have a little bit disappoint about the shape of termination vent, but Roger's technician follow all manufacture's instruction and Ontario' Code. even though after I said I don't like the shape, the Roger's send lead technician Jordan to my home to deal what shape I would like and it will still follow the manufacture's instruction and Ontario' Code.What such a nice Company and what such a nice person of Jordan.If there is 6 Star on the review, I will give 6 star to Roger's.If all level of government and all department of all level government service like Roger's and Jordan, We will happy for whole life!

My parents referred me to Rogers Heating and Air Conditioning after receiving excellent service from Tom. Our air conditioner was running but wasn’t keeping our house cool so we gave them a call. We were very pleased with how quickly they came on site and the fantastic service we received from Brian. They have earned my business going forward!

No surprise others have given 5 star ratings, just had them in to service our gas fireplace and we were very pleased with the service and results. Price was reasonable and our fireplace looks brand new with the cleaning and addition of embers. The technician answered a lot of questions we had as well. We will be calling them again for servicing when the time comes!

Back in November 2019, our carbon monoxide alarm went off. To make a long story short, it was a very cold Sunday, our furnace was turned off, and it turned out we needed a pretty hefty repair on our furnace. Bryan came by to quickly check things out (did I mention this was on a Sunday!), and Tom was immediately available by phone when the repair was more complicated than we had initially thought. They set us up with some space heaters to get us through the next 24 hours while Tom ordered the part we needed for the repair, and even managed to get the part covered under a warranty for us! The whole experience could have been much more stressful, but both Bryan and Tom were calm, collected, knowledgeable and professional.It's no wonder we didn't hesitate to have Rogers Heating and Air Conditioning do our furnace and fireplace maintenance this past week. I'm so grateful that their phone number was on our furnace and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their home!Thanks guys! :)
