Anyone who says that AMTI doesn't care, or it's a scam is just flat out wrong. People who really want to try and be in the business are respected by the owners and talent alike, given that you are willing to put effort forth. Work hard and aspire for greatness. Fantastic talent agency run by a fantastic family.

I have booked many AMTI models for my photography business and each time I was blown away by the talent's professionalism and work ethic. Angie is a brilliant business woman and truly cares about her talents well being. Angie is very prompt with inquires and is always very kind. I highly recommend AMTI to blooming talents or businesses needing professional models/actors.

Right from the start, Angie was supportive and a total light in my career. She took me exactly as I was and found me works so quickly internationally and locally. When I had issues with an agency abroad she did everything to make me still feel safe, and rectify the issues I had on a 12h time difference. Their professionalism is unmatched and her being hands-on is the reason her models and actors get so much work. I was with an agency in Ottawa before who just took my money and did NOT realize my potential, and I cannot thank my peers enough for encouraging me to leave that other agency and find a new one, because my potential was fully harvested with Angie!

I happened to search AMTI and was shocked by some of these reviews to be honest -so I decided to share my own personal experience. I have been signed on with this agency for almost 9 months now. Never did I feel like they were ramming workshops down my throat or forced to pick their recommended photographer. Do they encourage training to perfect your craft- absolutely! Do they know what photographs work best and help you book- of course! They have been in this business for a long time and know what casting is looking for. For a woman in my 40s, I’ve never felt so inclusive, so worthy, so sure of myself. I have had a ton of auditions and bookings in such a short time. Even at times when you think it’s impossible, they inspire, encourage, and build your confidence up. But I mean…you have to work for it as well! Some reviews were saying they didn’t make money or spent more than they made. Well, you need to spend some to make some , and it takes time, but ultimately, if you are solely doing it for the money, then maybe you should rethink your career. The best actors and models have fun! AMTI makes you feel like you are part of a family! And the wonderful people you meet that are on their roster affirms the real quality and genuine talent they search for. I never thought I could and look at me now. I am forever grateful. ❤️

I used to be on Angie's roster, and based on some of the other reviews on here, it appears that things have not changed since my time with them. When I joined, taking their (expensive) classes was a prerequisite for being signed with the agency; it certainly was not presented as an option if you wanted to be represented by them. I have since learned that this is not the industry standard; an agency who truly believes that you have potential will not ask you to pay for classes in order to represent you. A model/talent agency is a business, and not an extracurricular activity. They are looking to make money off of you, and the way they should be making money is by taking a percentage of what you earn from booking jobs, not by charging you for classes. There is a conflict of interest and far less incentive for them to get you work if they've already made their money when you take their course/workshop. I suggest doing your own research about an agency and their reputation before signing. Be weary of any agency that requires you pay for classes, there's a good chance you won't make any of that money back.

The name of AMTI just came up when I was searching for something else. So, I decided to write a review. Our daughter was with the agency about 15 years ago. By then, the owners were friendly, but very money hungry". They didn't want to accept the pictures for our daughter's profile cards and portfolio taken by our photographer and the models must get the photos taken just by their photographer. They agreed to review our photos and said that their daughter Helena-Alexis will decide to accept them or not. I am not sure what age she was at that time
