Photos photos photos!!! The local dealership rented me a car from this location. The rental car was from quebec and was in rough shape. The manager immediately accused me of being suspicious when I dropped it off at the dealership like I was told. Do not rent a car from this location unless you take alot of photos when you pick it up..

Rented a car for the weekend through CAA. I got a great price and all staff members I spoke with both in-person and over the phone were so accommodating, patient, and kind. I will definitely rent from here again.

Our vehicle got rear ended and our insurance company set us up for a rental at Enterprise Rental Tillsonburg location, manager from this location called me to get everything set up. Since we live in the Aylmer area, he asked which location was closer for us Tillsonburg or St. Thomas.Since St. Thomas is location is closer, he transfered me to St. Thomas.Tim and everyone at the St. Thomas location did everything perfectly right for us. Totally in a friendly, respectful and professional manner, we could NOT have asked for better service and support.Tim took the time to call me at least 2 or 3 times to check how everything was, treated us with the utmost respect.the vehicle we got was a 2021 Mazda CX 5 abot 7 days into our rental I fueled it up and the engine light came on. I called Tim and explained to him, he immediately took the time to set us up for another vehicle. offered me to switch that same day, 2nd. vehicle was a 2021 Hyunf dai SantaFe.Tim checked on us at least 5 or 6 times.Both vehicles were 100% clean and safe.We received the greatest professional respect and service from this location.I will definitely use them again in the future and will most definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a rental.Got absolutely NOTHING against the Tillsonburg location.A BIG thank you to everyone at both locations.Thanks a million Tim.I know the highest I can rate is a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ but here in my message I can give you a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Wish you all God's Blessings

Kind, courteous. I had set up a rental online and picking up was quick. Drop off was even quicker.My only dislike is that the entrance is not accessible by wheelchair, hence 4 stars.

staff were very nice. however,rental was expensive, not as clean as it should have been. windshield and rear window hazy and streaky. like a film on it. had to clean it myselfno drivers floor mat and car needs alignment badly.

They were pretty busy here this morning, but things went quite smoothly. The people here were friendly, courteous and helpful. It probably helped that all the people who were waiting to pick up their rentals were also being courteous and patient.

Very easy to deal with. All cars rented were clean and of decent quality. Friendly and helpful service. Easy location to get to. Always appreciate working with Tim, who takes his job seriously with the lens of a customer. Always know I can count on him to be friendly, fair, and reliable.

Terrible service - I rented a car from the Enterprise St. Thomas location, the car was just terrible and the service was subpar. First, there were severe vibration when driving over 80 km/h, which they should have noticed prior to renting out the car. The fact that they gave out a car in that condition raises many questions. When I complained, Enterprise had me drive to Toronto to get the car exchanged, which took hours of driving. Second, Gaurav at this location is a liar and a crook. His only intention is to sell unnecessary services such as insurance and roadside assistance trying to use scare tactics, even after I politely declined as my personal insurance had grand touring coverage for rental vehicles. He said in case of an accident “you would have to give me $500 cash as deductible”. Little does he know, I used to be an insurance appraiser for a consortium of insurance companies. In fact, if there was an accident, the deductible would be paid to my personal insurance rather than directly to Enterprise or “$500 cash to me” as stated by Gaurav. Crooks and liars!
