In November 2016 our family was in Mexico, Cancun, Grand Bahai Principe Coba hotel.We started to plan our vacation at the end of Summer. My friend recommended me to work with Maxima Travel agency - to select a good deal and a good place for family holiday with two kids, first time in Mexico.I was impressed about customer service, provided by Maxima Travel: patient, attentive and intelligence. First of all Svetlana (manager in the agency) helped me to select a good deal: day by day provided with updated info and gave friendly advises. Customer service was excellent!And after our coming back home Svetlana helped us to close some misunderstandings with hotel management regarding our late checkout. Really helpful, nice and professional!If you are going somewhere to travel, deal with specialists, which Maxima Travel Agency is.I definitely recommend them as your travel partner.

I had the most amazing time traveling to Czech Republic with Svetlana. The health and wellness tour was such an unforgettable experience.I can't recommend it enough to all my family and friends!The whole trip was so well organized and so interesting, first we visited Prague and saw all the main sightseeings, in the end of the day we had truly unique dining experience, in a medieval restaurant. The food was amazing, the beer was the best I even had, the place just managed to transform us into 16th century. I was very impressed with the service and entertainment.Then we arrived at Karlovy Vary, it's hard to find the right words to describe how beautiful this place is.We checked in into the hotel and the location was in the heart of the city. Wellness Spa was very clean and bright. I was so impressed with all the included treatments we have received. The time we spent there was very relaxing and enjoyable.It truly was an eye opener for me to discover the alternative medicine of  nature healing mineral waters located in this  town.Thank you so much for a great trip!
