Purolator
Just picked up my package. Yes, I got my package. But the lady was really not nice at all, indifferent, unhappy, impatient, not even a tiny smile, seems rude, worst carrier service I’ve ever seen. Can’t Purolator find a better customer service in Hamilton? We have a lot nice and kind people here. I know front desk could kill a successful business.

They lost my packages. I returned 7 things and only 2 made it to the return centre. This location is the only place I had this issue at, I used to go to the location at the hamilton airport and never had a problem. I am out almost $100 because of this, and recommended you do all returns and shipping at Canada Post. Customer service did nothing to help.

I sent a package that had to go an hour away from me. and its 2 days short of a month with no known date of delivery. This company is becoming a joke. I recommend going to UPS or even canada post, they will get the job done quicker and better.

I dealt with Dannielle on upper James in hamilton. She was amazing. I put the wrong label on my box and she caught it. It needed to go to another carrier. She saved me so much time and stress. I will make sure I use Purolator whenever possible just because of the excellent customer service from Dannielle.

This place is not busy at all when I come to drop my packages off. The service is quick and easy (I have Amazon returns that I do from here). I prefer going here for my returns instead of Canada Post because the line up there is too long.

Polite staff, but politeness isn't worth much when you cannot even pick up a package with the ID options that they list on their website. They told me that my US passport and Canadian bank statement with my address on it (both acceptable forms of ID per the Purolator website) were insufficient to pick up a package due to restrictions imposed by Rogers". Rogers then told me that those forms of ID are fine and that this is in fact a Purolator issue. A classic "he said

This was my first experience at any Purolator location and I will keep coming back for any mailing services in the future. I went in never having sent a return package and needed everything from a box to bubble wrap for my shipment. The individual that helped me was very courteous and went above and beyond with her service. She walked me through the entire process so it was quick and easy!
