I don’t normally do reviews but I have read so many negative ones for this location… So I wanted to post a positive one!John no longer works there!!You do not need to make an appointment!!RHYS was the best customer service rep I have EVER dealt with!!! I would give him 10 stars if I could. A million thumbs up. Thank you thank you thank you!!

Exceptional customer service by Tim! Went in to see if he could get us a better rate for our phones. Switched from another carrier, he did everything. Very easy, great to talk to and even got us a better rate for our home services.Thank you Tim

Me and my roommates came here after another Rogers location was very aggressive with their sales tactics. We came straight to this one instead and not only did we get a less expensive internet plan, we were able to get everything set up right away. We're all super grateful for the staffs help, especially Aadil!

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Aadil from Rogers Parkplace in Barrie, and I have to say, the level of customer service I received was exceptional. From the moment I contacted him with my issue, he was incredibly empathetic and understanding, and they took the time to listen to my concerns and explain my options in a clear and concise manner.Not only did Aadil provide me with a solution that met my needs, but he also went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the outcome. He followed up with me several times to make sure that everything was working as expected, and he even provided me with some helpful tips to improve my experience.Overall, I can't say enough good things about Aadil and the level of service he provided. Totally unsupportive staff incharge do not know what they are doing returned me 2 two time from store for my pickup for phones. Gave him my expired license and my pr card gov. Photo id's. But he said he needs license only. At different location they gave me phone with my pr card had no issues.

I was assisted by Ryhs (I hope I'm spelling that correctly) he was fantastic to deal with, answered all our questions and pointed out several things about my account that he helped fix. In addition to making a phone switch quick and painless. Me and my family will absolutely be returning to this location thanks to him.

Came into the store today for a new phone with limited time. Tim went above and beyond to get everything set up quickly and efficiently. Explained everything well and made me feel at ease despite my being technologically challenged! I would recommend this location and it's staff without hesitation.

Rhys was stellar! Helped my wife and I port our phones over easy and tried to see if he could save us some money! Awesome job.

After 2 visits to Costco with no help….3 phone calls to Rogers over 3 hours for assistance with absolutely none given…..the store and staff was able to sort the issue. I wanted a new plan after 14 years, qualified for a discounted government plan but whenever the “code” was sent to my government phone to confirm it was blocked due to the security level of my phone. Rogers by phone basically told me no code, no plan..suggested going to another company or getting the gov to lower the security settings!!!!! OMG..rolling eyes.Tim at this location very simply said he could do it….and he did. Gave me the discount…new phone…and no issues. He was friendly, very well informed…even found some old non existent items I have been paying for for over 10 years. I walked away with new phone and plan for about 20 dollars more than I’ve been paying since 2009…including the phone in there…with more GB than anyone should ever use in a lifetime. He also found a few promo offers from my old account and saved me quite a bit more. Husband is heading there shortly to do the same. Go see Tim at Park Place Rogers!!!!!
