The car battery was malfunctioning. the owner jump-start the battery when I wanted to pick up the truck, it turned the car on, but it didn't turn on again when I tried to use it, and it took a lot of time from me. Additionally, they charged me more than they should have during the price calculation.

You get what you pay for with this place, it is affordable but only one guy handling everything from an Indian clothing store with no clear signage. Try to be patient as you navigate the new experience with U-haul you didn't think you'll have!Call when you're there, if not picked up try again, take pictures of contracts , mileage before and after and, above all, remain respectful.

Would def rent again! U-haul was on time and ready. Fast check-in and check-out. Everything was smooth!I’ve rented U-Haul from other places and it was very time consuming and stressful!

Pretty average experience, nothing to write home about.Rented a truck a week prior. Called ahead a day before to confirm directly with this location. Received it on rental day but did not have the furniture dolly’s I requested.Store is a bit messy but it’s a family run textile business, so it’s understandable.Just make sure you document the vehicle very well and fill the fuel up as expected to not be overcharged like other reviewers.

Owner was 15min late to open the store, horrible as I had movers with me. Gave us a truck that the rear door is broken, which he knows. Had to be gentle when opening or else the door gets stuck. While usually it isn't an issue, truck had 1/8 of gas left so I had to get gas immediately already.

Today I used U- Haul rental truck from this location and it was very bad customer service also they charge me an extra day just for a bit of drop late.I never recommend this location rental truck to anyone.

Pick up location was convenient and easy to get to. Improvements that can be done would be clearer instructions on how to big up and return the truck at this specific location. It wasn't clear that we had to go into the store to pick up the keys for the truck and I returned the truck after hours but there was no clear instruction on where to place the key, I had to go ask the convenience store next door that was still open, luckily they knew there was a lockbox at the back of the building. Other than those hiccups, picking up was easy and the store clerk was kind and helpful.

I was worried after reading so many bad reviews. But my process was quite smooth, the guy was professional and helpful. Overall satisfied.

The reserved equipment was not available and the Uhaul representative at Nivetha Textile did not do anything to help me to get them from other Uhaul locations.I ordered 12 furniture pads, however, only 5 pads was given and I was charged for 12!I had two utility dolly on my reservation, however, none was available.I was given the vehicle with half tank gas and I returned it with half tank full. However, I was charged for 1/16 tank gas refill. I took picture of the dashboard after I parked. So I am pretty sure the tank level was not less than half tank full!

I’d give this place a half star if I could. Delayed my move by a day because they couldn’t find the key, I came back the next day and I got delayed by an hour again because they couldn’t find the key and where they parked up the Van I booked, terrible experience, save your time go elsewhere.P.s: The store owner’s inept as he made the process unnecessarily difficult. The keys are supposed to be in lock boxes, that you can book and grab whenever on the uhaul website. Instead, he keeps it in store because they’re too cheap to get actual lockboxes that work and you have to get the keys before the store closes which’s not mentioned when booking at this location.
