Thank goodness for Ken McKinnon he really saved our butts in the cold yesterday . And had we not been able to fumble our way through with a couple of guidance tips from him in the moment he would have been the man to call to come fix the issue he was absolutely wonderful to speak with and walk us along without just immediately trying to book a time to get out here as obviously in the extreme cold and we needed heat as quick and possible and everyone was busy... We will definitely be calling Mckinnons plumbing and heating for any further concerns as this company deserves the support for being so supportive!!! CHEERS!

McKinnon's called me back and were able to send Matt, technician, out to quickly repair our AC unit. Matt diagnosed problem and replaced the needed part. This was on a Friday and a very warm day. Thanks.
