The owners are really nice people. Their quality of work is amazing and their service is quick. I had a jacket rip on the arm and you wouldn't even know it even happened. I'm always happy with their work!

It is exceedingly rare today to find a business that delivers high quality services for a reasonable price! If you are looking to have any alterations done, I highly recommend Imperial on Hume Street in Collingwood. They have the highest quality, they care about the service they provide, they could not be nicer and they charge a reasonable price. A gem!!

I had such an incredible experience with this business. From the moment i walked in i felt so welcomed. The owners are so amazing and talented. I brought in my winter jacket as the zipper broke/ripped and they were able to restore it back to its original condition! You cant even tell where the zipper had previously ripped! This is definitely my new go to alterations place in Collingwood. I highly recommend taking your clothing here as the owners are incredibly talented at their job. You will definitely leave with a smile and feel 100% satisfied.Thanks again!! Hope to see you soon :)

The ABSOLUTE BEST! We take everything here that needs to be fixed, and they are so kind, helpful, and do great work!!! I recently picked up some pants, and brought in my son's snow suit. They looked at zipper and fixed right away, even sewed it also. NO CHARGE!Imperial is the BEST

Best service I’ve ever experienced! I ran in here last second before a long weekend and the gentleman dropped everything and helped me with my stitching while juggling clients and calls! I highly recommend going here with any of your alternation or tailoring needs! Very fair pricing.

One of 2 great alteration businesses in Collingwood! Imperial fixed my sweater zipper while I waited! They can sew through really thick layers of embroidered patches onto jackets and vests...THE other one is LivinLove they can do anything with heavy duty sewing machines! They did velcro onto my coaches coat collar and hood. Great work. Kudos to both local businesses.
