Wild Havens Pop Up Glamping

We've used Wild Havens for the 2nd year in a row now for our office summer party and they are amazing company. Very easy to work with and the tent set ups are always amazing! Highly recommend them!

We rented the Wild Havens tents for our recent wedding in Squamish and working with the Wild Havens team was a dream! They were so easy to work with and our guests absolutely loved their glamping tents. The tents had everything that our guests needed to stay comfortably and were super memorable! We would 100% work with Wild Havens again.

Amazing service & tents! Richard was great through all the communication, we had so many changed dates & numbers of people due to COVID but it was all so easy! The tents are beautiful & comfortable, it was so nice to wake up in luxury when outside & is a fun change from our usual tent camping! Thanks to Richard & wild havens for a great experience, we will for sure use them again & would recommend all day! :)

Laura and Rich were fantastic to communicate with and their beautiful bell tents enhanced the aesthetic of our wedding. Our guests absolutely loved them and they were great for folks coming in from across the country. We also had them set up their 'chill lounge' in an XL tent and it was such a great space to have for guests to hang out, play games and escape the Squamish rain in! I've been to multiple weddings that they have set up at, and every one has been fabulous! They are comfortable, clean and a great way to treat your guests!

Wild Havens provided glamping tents for our wedding in Pemberton this summer. They were super easy to communicate with and really understanding when we needed to make some changes. They provided clear instructions. The website is easy to use. They showed up on schedule and were very friendly.Several of our guests, and my fiance and I, glamped over our wedding weekend. It was great! I loved being close to our friends and sharing the experience with them. The tent was spacious enough to get ready in and store all of our gear. The bed was super comfortable and we had power to charge our phones. I would do it again for sure. They are great and the tents are really fun!

We decided to hire Wild Havens to provide glamping tents for our Squamish wedding and can't recommend their services enough! They are so easy to work with, and the tents are amazing - our guests loved them. 10/10 would recommend to anyone considering choosing them for your next event!

My sister got married back in August of 2021 in Pemberton, BC.The fully furnished large bell tent from Wild Havens was certainly an integral piece to her rustic mountain wedding venue.We chose a half dressing room, half lounge set up and used the tent as a getting ready" space for the bridal party

I cannot say enough about Wild Havens and their unique services we used for our wedding last summer. They were always quick to communicate, set up the tents on time, and wow'ed so many of our guests. We used both the Deluxe and Furnished packages, and in retrospect really wish we had also included the Chill-Out Lounge. Wild Havens was worth every penny and we cannot wait for an excuse to enjoy these tents again! :)

The most amazing service ever! Communication was great and the setup and teardown went smoothly. We rented some yurts for guests to stay in for the weekend at our wedding venue, Sunwolf! We also rented the double XL chill out yurt which was such a hit with the guests. We hung out there the evening before the wedding and then after hours on our wedding night. It was cozy and comfy! I would highly recommend their services for any events!

We could not have imagined our wedding weekend without Wild Havens! Not only was this a perfectly practical choice to be able to have more guests stay on site at our venue, but it added an incredibly magical aesthetic background for our photos. The team at Wild Havens was incredibly organized leading up to the event, providing a shared spreadsheet to show which guests had booked a tent. They arrived on the day before our wedding and set everything up seamlessly for our guests, and handled the tear down of the tents the day after our wedding in a timely manner. The quality of the tents and all the bedding/furniture was incredible; all our guests raved about how comfortable they felt. Truly such a worthwhile part of our wedding weekend! My only regret is not being able to stay in one ourselves, so we will be looking to book them for our next weekend in BC!
