My water heater was leaking Silica sent a plumber out the same day and replaced it. The plumber put down a drop cloth on the floor from the front door all the way to the basement to protect the carpet. They were very professional I was very happy with them.

I had a small leak from the main water pipe coming into the house. They were able to coordinate with the city to shut the water off and make the repair all within a few hours! The plumber was friendly, explained what needed to be done, and the quality of work was excellent. Repairs were also very reasonable!

I made an account just so I could leave this review. Always so professional. I called with a slight emergency and they were at my door within the hour. Explained everything he was fixing and made me feel so much better about the issues. I will always call Silica Plumbing before any other plumber. I’d give more stars if I could.

They came to see what the problem was the same day I called. I needed a new water heater and the office person called me back within an hour to quote me prices of new ones. They were able to install it the very next day. Very professional and great work!

We couldn’t be happier with the service and attention to detail we received from Silica Plumbing. I had two separate issues that required two visits and after dealing with Silica I wouldn’t call anyone else. They are easy to deal with, the office staff made it very easy to schedule service and Richard and Paul were top notch plumbers that showed up on time, did great work and explained the entire process so we never have the same issue again. I called another place in town. They said they only did drains but suggested Silica Plumbing for my water leak. They were quick to check out my issue and get me an estimate. The price was cheaper than I anticipated for all the work they needed to do. Come the day for work to begin they listened to which walls I wanted them to go through. They put down coverings to protect my floors and carpets and cleaned up after themselves. The only proof they were here was the new plumbing and the holes they needed to make. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family. My dad was impressed with how clean they made the repairs and the area around the repairs when he came to close my walls.

If you need a plumber then these folks are the best. They do good work and are friendly as well. I hired them for four different issues. Great job every time!

Joan was very helpful and knowledgeable and we respected her opinion when it came to fixtures for our new home. This isn't our first dealings with Silica and it won't be our last. Silica Plumbing is at the top of our list. They are helpful, knowledgeable, available at the drop of a hat and competitively priced. Their workers go over and above to please. I'd highly recommend.
