Even one star is high! Worst Best Buy ever seen. Very irresponsible and disrespectful. Every time I purchased something there like a laptop or airpods, there was a problem with them and when I went back there for fixing the issue or ask for a refund, the only answer was we are sorry and no result!!!!

Had a fantastic retail experience today at Best Buy. After having experienced significant laptop problems (on a machine not bought at Best Buy) I went to the Guelph store with the intention of buying a new replacement computer. Victor diagnosed my problem (software update) and fixed it as we waited. No need to buy a replacement as it’s now working flawlessly. Victor was courteous, extremely capable, honest and forthright. Thanks very much Victor and Best Buy - our “go to” electronics store.

I've gone in here twice, and both times it just so happened that the same employee helped me. Today (4/11/23, she cashed me out at 12:10pm on register 002) she helped guide me through the process of choosing and buying a smart watch and airpods (and a great silicone case, just like hers!). Great feedback to all of my questions. I wish I got her name so I could add it to this review. Great attitude, very knowledgeable, extremely professional. Definitely changed my opinion of best buy for the better! Thanks!

I purchased a cell phone online and went to the store to pick it up today. While in the store, I wanted to check out the options such as screen protectors and cases. While browsing, Peter came over and offered to help. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the products and his salesmanship. He was kind and patient while showing the different options. Five stars Peter. I wish I was always so fortunate to be assisted by someone so knowledgeable who is willing to take the time to explain the various options. Thank you Peter and thank you Best Buy Guelph.

I purchased a computer from here in 2022, and I also purchased the extended warranty with the geek squad that is a money gimmick. My account was hacked, and they took more payments than needed, and I’m still fighting with them to get my money back yourself a favour do not buy an extended warranty with geek squad or perhaps maybe find another location to purchase your next electronics

*New Store Policy* Defective items cannot be refunded or exchanged for a working item.Wanted to buy an external ssd, Samsung T7 Shield 2TB. Was told, by the Geek Squad, no returns or exchanges once the package is opened.I asked what if it's defective and I want to exchange it for a working one? Nope, you would have to go through manufacturers warranty.Even if I plugged it in and it failed to work on first use? Nope. No returns and no exchanges. Must go through manufacturers warranty.I declined to purchase it from Best Buy, and bought it elsewhere.

Giving 3 stars only because of three critical reasons to me:1. My pre-built ROG PC was purchased online from best buy. I had to wait a week until it was shipped out with one heck of a chaotic battle between my bank and best buy. My bank kept saying best buy is declining it while best buy said it kept being declined from the bank. It got to the point I had both the bank and best buy on the phone simultaneously. I also had to ship it out TWICE through this store for an issue and it came back with the same issue stating it was fixed".2. Some of the staff are knowledgeable while some are no where near. My aunt needed a "LOW BUDGET - LOW PRICED" laptop for accounting and I was shocked when they offered a $1800 laptop with just integrated graphics. Way too expensive for what she needs.3. The idling waiting in line is lengthy at times. I don't know if it's the fact that they're possibly understaffed or just busy but I waited 20 minutes just to ship out a pc because there was only one person at the counter."

Customer service is just off the charts. Elliott bent over backwards trying to get me a good deal on my returns and now I’ve got a better headset then the one i wanted to return and some extra money in my pocket. Everyone is so awesome here
