After 19 years a quadriplegic you get to appreciate those who help you have a better life. Everyone I have had dealings with at Motion Specialties Kitchener have worked hard to offer legitimate solutions in the way of high quality equipment. The company has an amazing ability to find great people who actually care. All dealings with Amanda, Bob, and the whole office staff have been very helpful. Incredible customer service experience! My senior mother relies on her walker for everything and has no mobility without one, needed an emergency repair one day on the weekend , when the wheel came off. The walker was not purchased at Motion, however they stayed open after they were closed and a technician worked hard at getting the repair done for us. I want to give a big shout out to the crew there that helped us that day, Hank and Rania. I highly recommend this place and we will absolutely be going there in the future.

I am so impressed with James. He was fabulous. He cares so much about his clients and who he is bringing the items to, setting up for and overall relational (bringing accessibility, sensitivity and geared to meet what makes you feel comfortable). I have always appreciated Motion. The best in the business, hands down. He had explained it was a career change and he wanted purpose. Well he found it! He does his job exceptionally and I saw his performance today - he's exactly in the right field for a career. Thank you MotionThey came to replace a ROHO cushion for repair and set up a rental hospital bed until my personal one is ready.

My Mother and I went into the store for an assessment and to purchase her a new walker. We wandered the store for 10 full minutes with no one in front of store to greet us or offer assistance. I finally had to yell to the back to get someone's attention. We explained why we were there and they said the PT was not there yet..to look around. I was a bit put out since we did have an appointment for a specific time but ok. We attempted to look around unfortunately the store is set up so my mother's current walker would not fit down several of the isles. We finally completed the assessment and choose the proper walker for my mom who decided she wanted a pink one so were needed to order the correct size. We were informed the order would be in next week...since the brakes on my Mom's current walker were broken there was a bit of urgency but for her to have the pink we felt one more week would be ok. Longer would not and she would choose a colour they had in stock. We were assured it would only be a week. Fast forward to the next week. We waited to Thursday to call and the person who answered the phone said it wasn't there yet might be today might be tomorrow might be next week. She never knew what was coming on the truck. Now we based our buying decision on the information we received when we ordered..One week. She really didn't care..I put the point and insisted that if she called the company Im sure they could tell her what was shipped on today's truck and what is targeted to be on tomorrow's. She said fine she would phone.My overall experience here is ..lack of professionalism

Today was my second time in this month. First for a scheduled repair, then an emergency repair on another part of my chair. The folks there are kind, friendly, work quickly, and are overall phenomenal. I’m so glad they got me through with such care. Very grateful for their work.

My husband had an accident and we needed to rent a bed and a table bed and buy some comfortable pillows. I was able to rent everything over the phone. The guys came and install the bed and pick it up when was over. I like emails and they responded very quick to my emails and to every inquiry I had. I am very pleased with their service. The hospital bed helped my husband a lot and we were very happy with it. I would like to say special thanks to Lisa, Amber and Neda from Motion. Jennie at Motion could not have been more helpful! She is very knowledgeable and was able to get the equipment we needed set-up quickly and safely. We are very grateful for her help and highly recommend contacting Motion for accessible equipment and support.

Motion provides excellent customer service from start to finish. My mother required a Harmony hospital bed due to a back injury. Lisa offered suggestions and made arrangements to have it delivered to our home. After a month at home we made arrangements for mom to go to Conestoga Lodge. We worked with Austin and a lady to schedule a delivery date in a short delivery time window. James and Hank showed up at the promised time and packed up the bed and a lift chair and delivered it to the new facility. They were very well trained technicians and had the job done efficiently and quickly. Very professional. A day later Austin called me to say that I would receive a refund on a portion of the bill I had prepaid for the move. He explain that the move went faster than anticipated so it would be less expensive. Very happy with Motion, the staff, products, and services they provide. Highly recommend. Keep up the great work.
