Moved to town and needed some supplies for a quick Reno. Saw they had no basic door hinges just the spring type. Did not see option for better quality fastners either. GRK" is what I needed. Went in to spend money left with nothing.Nice store and has some selection

Really friendly and helpful group of staff working at this location. I'm glad I stopped in before automatically heading to the big box stores. Items that I needed were not over priced and very comparable to the big box stores. I highly recommend checking it out.

Anything for a sale?! Manager admitted today they will not ask anyone why they don’t have a mask on even though sign says to. She’s says it’s just “easier” to make the sale quickly. So, my health means less than his money. Good to know. Off to Home Depot and cheaper prices.

I love this little hometown store. EVERY TIME I am in Devon it is on my to-do list. I enjoy the scavenger hunt browsing through their entire store to find something special. They always have such a great and unique selection of giftware including ALL the awesome stuff I own! Friendly helpful staff.

Worst customer service experience ever. I just wanted to return an item and I got a million questions and a lecture as if I had intentionally bought the item to just return it. If that was the case I would never have bought the item to receive this kind of service.just because you are an older gentleman than me being a younger female does not give you the right to talk to me like that. I will never be supporting this business ever again. I have given so much to this store plus donation towards their reusable bags and I will never be supporting them ever again.

I been going here since I have lived in Devon, bit pricey on many of their items, I use to go all the time, now it has turned into a last resort kinda store. Majority of the staff is friendly until you meet the oldies and the treat you like common trash, following you around. Other than that great store.

Love Home Hardware stores. They always have just enough stuff to get the job done. They don't have or carry everything, nor should they have too. If they don't have it, you can order it and pick it up at a later date. Seasonal section is always stocked well. Customer service is exceptional in all departments and staff is super friendly and always willing to help out. Great place.
