Great service! We moved from Downtown Vancouver to Port Moody on a day with snow and they were excellent. Very efficient and took great care of our belongings. They were even willing to make an additional stop to pick up an additional item we had located elsewhere.

VanEx was here to assist me with packing and moving my belongings before and after due to restoration work that had to take place. The workers that showed up were very professional and worked hard to move things despite the amount of stuff.I packed some boxes myself that were too heavy, but they were helpful in fixing the issue and advised that the number of boxes didn't matter and it was safer to pack lighter than overloading the boxes. They did not have a dolly with them, but the distance from out of my unit into the truck was really short.They packed and protected things very well. I was happy with their work and would recommend them. Thank you Meisam and team.
