At one time I was a devoted customer to this brighton location.But....The new man working here is rude, rushed work, uneven nail lengths and more...now I choose to take my business to Queens in trenton ...much better conversation and quality work

This was by far the worst experience my daughter and I have had at a nail salon. The gentleman was fantastic, Anna however hardly had time for me even though I made an appointment 3 days earlier. Very Rough, did not speak and she cut me 3 times causing me to bleed. We will definitely not be back. Sometimes buying localIs NOT better.

My pedicure was amazing. 5/5 for it.But my acrylic manicure was the downer. The design is gorgeous and the shaping is perfect…the service was amazing and the employee was polite and hyped herself up which was well deserved. But, just 4 days after getting the acrylic set complete. Some of the nails were lifting, I don’t use my hands often, I don’t put them in water or any chemicals that would cause this. Just normal hand use. This has never happened before at another salon. Overall, the experience and the look is amazing, but the quality of overtime wear is why I gave it a 3/5, not 5/5.

By far the BEST nail place we've been to since moving to the country! They are super professional, accommodating and extremely nice! And their quality is untouchable in comparison to other nail places- plus the salon is gorgeous. They're busy, which is completely understandable considering everyone recognizes how good they are. So make sure to be kind and patient when going for your appt- kindness is always key- plus, they're worth the wait! HIGHLY recommend!

Appointment made 30 minutes late no apology. Technician so rude. Not sure they sterilize anything. Jabbed me twice while doing cuticles. Have tried twice now. Very unprofessional won't be returning.

The nail industry isn’t licensed which means you do not need any training to become a nail tech, the people working here clearly have not gone to school or have not done proper training to be practising as they are using techniques that are harmful & painful. In addition to that, they disrespected a local nail tech @thejadeesthetic who has gone to school, has proper training in industry, & does incredible work. A “professional business” should never talk down to other people who do amazing work to their clients
