For my friends special birthday I purchased sterling silver bracelet after 2 weeks the clasp broke. The manager was extremely rude try to charges us extra fees to fix the bracelet. I will not purchase Tiffany’s again!

Without a doubt Tiffany customer service is #1. But disappointed in the store. It felt dated and very limited items. I am comparing to Yorkdale store and even the SQ1 sore in Nordstrom.

I recently had the pleasure on 2 occasions to visit Tiffany's at Sherway Gardens due to the fact that the sales representative at the Square One location was totally incompetent. I had the pleasure of dealing with and I hope I get the spelling correct on this, her name was Wein. From the moment I walked into the store I was greeted and asked to be helped and my service needs were attended to with more than a smile. I was offered a Perrier in fact. I was at the store to deal with my daughter's necklace and I needed it back in a timely fashion which was completed with the utmost efficiency. I am so glad that the representative at Tiffany's inside of Holt Renfrew in Square One was incompetent which forced me to go to Sherway Gardens. I believe that Wein could go and teach Customer Service to Tiffany's at Holt Renfrew. You deserve a big raise.Thank you for making me feel like a very valuable customer. I will see you again BUT with my daughter this time.

The sales attendants were very friendly and helped me find the item I was looking for right away.They didn't give any information or talk about there ring. Just let me try it on and then waited for me to make a decision. Would like to see more discussion in sales associates.Did send a follow up card to my house after I purchased the ring which was nice!
