Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I’ve been dealing with this location since summer of 2022 and have always been impressed with the great service I’ve received from the management and staff which is why I keep coming back. This week however, I have to say the service I received was not just “great” but exceptional. Not only did I receive exceptional service at pick-up from Paisley, the new Manager, but I also received a courtesy call during my rental to ensure all was well, which was a nice touch, and then when I returned the vehicle, I was once again treated like I was genuinely valued as a client. Thanks for the exceptional customer service & keep up the great work!

Very friendly staff and I was able to return my car at a closer location than the one I rented it from.

I needed a rental for insurances. They didn't provide me with a rental for 3 days before the claim was over. 5 days wait for a base model rental.. the manager says she'd make it right with some compensation. She still hasn't returned my call, her staff tried to triple charge me for a rental for may 24 weekend. They wanted 750$ for Friday Saturday Sunday Monday. I was able to call the other enterprise and secure a rental for those days for 260$ pathetic and trying to ripp people off stay away!!!

Paisley and her team took a stressful day/situation for myself and turned it around with there pleasent customer service.Not to mention, it was also extremely busy when I arrived and I was met with kindness and assistance in a very timely and reasonable manner. I recommend this location for your rental needs!

I exclusively use Enterprise because I find their rates comparable, if not better than other car rental agencies AND you can collect points to get free day rentals!My last vehicle rental was for a work trip to Orillia, I love having the option for unlimited kilometers (my trip previously was to Pittsburgh) and while all the staff at the tecumseh road location are always friendly & courteous, one employee went above & beyond to help me with a premium vehicle rental.Because of that help, I want to give some huge props & Thank you to Sagar ( sadly I lost his card so I can't recall his last name) but he went ABOVE & BEYOND to help me with my last rental!! I am forever grateful for his expertise, experience & help as well as not trying to upsell" me on the insurance coverage

I rented a car two months ago and Sagar was my attendant. He made renting such a breeze and he let me know about some perks I could enjoy during my rental, which I hadn’t known in the past couple of years I had been renting with enterprise. Sagar is truly an asset!

I recommend this rental service. This branch has a team of highly skilled individuals who excel in customer service. Especially Joseph M and Inzamam, these guys are best at there work.

Worst experience. On Saturday, plane arrival, no body behind the counter. I was supposed to return a car, took over 45 minutes before an agent showed up. When the agent got back didn't hear an apology and no ride back. But after making many phone calls and waiting almost 2 hours my ride showed up. Very nice person tho. And finally I got home after missing my medication fine, my lunch that I am supposed to have at 1 pm as I am diabetic. And to top it all no apology, no remorse from management.

I had my wedding over the weekend and the car we were going to use fell through. I came into enterprise the day before and Reem make sure we were taken care of and was able to help us rent an even better car for our wedding next day! Thank you Reem for being so helpful and caring during our crisis!

I was so amazing by the best customer service ever especially paisley and heather were so polite helpful and affection and courteous to help the customers with the best service ever.. 10/10 thanks so much ladies.. And everyone else in the shop were nice And polite.
