Great experience. Very knowledgeable. Great sense of humour. Direct, didn’t mind repeating himself when I had questions. Listened to my questions and addressed my fears. His receptionist is also amazing.

Refused prescription for my 3 yr old son for ear infection even though he scheduled for ear surgery due to fluid build up. Thanks for letting a child suffer for a month until surgery!

Dismissive asked me to stop explaining the problem talked over me.

Dr. Hassan was great, my first visit , different sense of humor but knowledgeable and confident ! Explained my condition and upcoming surgery while elevating a lot of my concerns!

My vision obstructions, tinnitus, migraines and memory issues are apparently not his problem and I need to see a psychologist" even though in my health team I work with 2 phycologist and a nurse who went to school for phycology and general medicine this same nurse sent the referral to him

Absolutely love Dr. Hassan. Have had terrible pain in my head that would come and go for years (not migraines, I suffer from those too) it took him no time at all to diagnose me with nerve damage in my head and got it under control within days. I'd recommend him to anyone

I've seen a few ENT's in my life. Dr Hassan was rough, uncaring and dismissive of my hearing loss. He laughed at my hearing aid purchase. He insisted I needed another hearing test from him which I couldn't get for 2 months in his practice. He insisted my hearing loss did not effect my quality of life. Unfortunately he hadn't discussed my concerns, my life, or anything about my hearing with me. The appointment was only a few minutes long and left me thinking it was a waste of my time. My students repeat themselves often and now with pandemic precautions I'm unable to read their lips. I will be seeking a second opinion. I do not recommend him if you want an actual consultation.
