I Wish I could give ZERO STARS to that Jean Coutu I booked an appointment for my family of 6 peoples for travel vaccines and they cancelled it just 1 day before because they said that it required a lot of work and they dont have time to give vaccinations to a lot of people so i need to reschedule another appointment with them.If they dont have time now will they have time on my next appointment?????If you dont have time to give the service which is available on your pharmacy then PLEASE stop telling people about that service.And please if you cancel an appointment please let that person know atleast 3 to 4 days before so they can arrange somwhere else.

Absolutely despicable people in this place. Worst customer service I have ever received. The 3 ladies working behind the counter there should all be fired. Stay away from this pharmacy.

The entire team is absolutely amazing! They are the kindest of people!I have never dealt with pharmacists and staff that are so attentive and caring. This will forever be my pharmacy of choice.

I would like to say the service here is 0. A couple of days ago, I went to see my family doctor whose office was in the upstairs. She suggested me to buy Vaseline for my skin’s problem and she confirmed that I could find it in the Jean Coutu downstairs. Therefore, I came to this store and demanded a staff to help me. She spoke nothing but pointed to the reception desk. All the staffs in the reception were very busy and I don’t think it’s necessary to demand a pharmacist to tell me where the Vaseline was placed, so I came to that staff again and explained that I just want to know where they placed Vaseline. She spoke nothing and pointed to the reception again. I doubt she didn’t speak English, so I spoke French and showed her the photo of Vaseline. However, she pointed to the reception. Finally. I realized that she didn’t listen to what I said at all. No matter what you said, she would just point to the reception. This staff was working on placing items on the shelves at that time, so she definitely knew the name of the products in stock. She just didn’t want to service me and as she wished, I will never come to this store anymore. I would rather go to the Jean Coutu which is further.

I call this jean coutu every few months to renew a prescription. They answer the phone right away, refill the prescription the same day, and text me when the prescription is ready so it’s an easy 30 second pick up & pay for me. One of the pharmacists even recognizes me and asks me how I’m doing, and will ask further questions of her own volition. Great staff.

I could confirm that this Jean Coutu may really have the problem on discrimination. I just read the reviews and found there are somebody has the same experience with me.I visited this Jean Coutu some time in the past because my family doctor's office is in the upstairs. It used to be nice, but yesterday, I demanded their service but everybody pretended as if they did not see me. I tried to stop someone, but each time, they will push me to talk to other people. I found it was wasting time, so that I went to another Jean Coutu finally. I saw other reviewers mentioned that they provide service based on the skin color. Maybe it is true.

Unprofessional. Unreliable. Unbusinesslike. Leave written communications of orders for medications unread and unanswered for days on end.Not in the 21st century yet.Even though they receive medication orders by email, they fail to check their email - and worse, do not see this is a problem, but an excuse for not delivering the medications ordered.Also definitely a dingbat factor. Expressly agree with the client to do something, then remember it differently" later.I was a customer for some months. These are life and death matters. I can't deal with this type of behavior anymore."

I saw one of the reviewers said there are 3 staffs should be fired, and I wonder if this reviewer met the same staffs as I did last week. I went there just to demand a mask, and the first staff asked me to demand her colleague, the second staff pretended as she didn’t see me, and the third staffs asked me to wait after a white client who was behind me. I told this staff it was I come first, and I could see she hesitated and then chose to ignore me and went straight to this white client. I could understand currently it’s not easy to hire good people, but it’s not the excuse to hire irresponsible people, or I should say, the staffs with poor morale. It will expel the client and no good for reputation.

Extortion!!!You should be ashamed of yourself. You force people to wear a mask and don’t supply them but sell them for $1 each. Absolutely disgusting!This is extortion
