Excellent service. Came the first day I was available, and fixed my AC at the best price. Highly recommend their professional, swift, and reasonably priced HVAC services.

No heat all night, called Xact HVAC first thing in the morning and the technician, Daniel arrived within 20 minutes assessed the issue and fixed the problem within an half an hour. Great service and Daniel was very knowledgeable and courteous. Two thumbs up!

Perfect service. I really liked these guys. They installed a humidifier. Came early as requested. Excellent work ethic, family owned business. Efficient and friendly. Would easily reccommend for any hvac work.

My furnace broke down on the coldest night this winter. Daniel came out quickly and took care of our furnace. His rate is great and his eagerness to help is even greater. Thanks Daniel.

I just want to thank all the Staff At XACT HVAC INC. Our furnace stopped working at our office over the winter and we were having trouble finding someone to come out the same day. After speaking with Daniel he was able to diagnose the problem over the phone with me and get the furnace working temporarily until he could come up the next day and fix it properly. We were on the phone at least a half hour which he never charged me for and repaired the furnace for a very reasonable price. This is clearly a company that cares not only about the work they do but they also have that customer first attitude - a very rare trait in today's time. Thank you guys once again!!

Would highly recommend XACT. When my furnace broke down this winter I called frantically hoping they could come ASAP as I have a new baby at home. Not only were they accommodating but very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.Thanks guys!

Great first experience with Xact hvac . I called on Wednesday and Daniel was here early Thursday morning. Daniel was knowledgeable and friendly. He took his time to check my system, explaining to me everything he was doing. He gave me some helpful pointers and called me later in the day to check to see if my system was working to my satisfaction I would highly recommend this company.

*PLEASE READ BEFORE CALLING THIS COMPANY*I have never in my life come across such a deceitful company. If you're looking for quality work with a company that operates with integrity, go else where.We have a fairly complex heating and hot water system in our home and we have a very difficult time finding a company or technician who knows how to work on it. For this reason alone we are very clear about it before having anyone come out because we don't want to waste anyone’s time or money.Recently our system clunked out and we were without heat or hot water so my husband gave this company a call. He was assured when speaking with Stephanie that they did in fact have a tech who can work on this type of unit (Daniel) and he would be out early afternoon. I was worried they weren't going to be able to make as it was getting quite late so I gave them a call. Stephanie arranged for another man (Carlos) to come out and get started while they waited for Daniel.Carlos arrived but he didn't have a clue what he was doing, shortly after Daniel showed up and the real work began - very eager bright kid, but clearly didn't actually have any experience working on this kind of unit which was very disappointing as we had been told he had.Daniel found an issue within the circuit board and jimmied it up so that we had working heat, but this was not a long term solution (actually, it wasn't even a short term solution since by the next morning it had stopped working again.) That being said after 2 and a half hours of work we were happy we would have a warm home for the night.When it was time to invoice us, Carlos gives us the invoice and he billed us double labour, he literally billed us for both his time and Daniels time even though he had just sat this with his finger up his nose the entire time. He brought absolutely no value, but expected us to pay for him standing around doing nothing? I tried to explain to him that it was completely unfair and unethical. We were told it was 89 dollars an hour and a 85 dollar service fee,. At no point did anyone say that by Carlos coming as well as Daniel that we would be paying for two technicians. Carlos continued to be extremely rude and belligerent and wouldn’t reason with me on the price (keep in mind this is the owner of the company, obviously he has no integrity or value for his customers). I ended up calling the office and speaking with Stephanie again and at first I was blown away with her exceptional customer service. She was very understanding and didn’t want the situation to leave a bad taste in my mouth. I told her I wanted to pay, but I wanted to pay a fair price and the price that was agreed on prior to any work being doing. She said she would call me the next day and we would figure it out. I was happy, and waited to speak with tomorrow.Stephanie called back the next day and her demeanor had drastically changed. I then realized her and Carlos are related and she didn’t quite like me telling her that I felt like Carlos was trying to rip me off and was being deceitful. When I told her the system still wasn’t working, she told me she was refunding my money and suggested I looked for another company. I was shocked! I asked why, and what she said next absolutely blew me away. She said she didn’t trust that I as the customer would pay for the work. I couldn’t believe my ears. I hold great value in hard honest work and will pay accordingly, but I am not naïve and will not be taken advantage of either. Truthfully, she was giving me the refund and telling me to go elsewhere because they were in over their heads and didn’t have a clue what they were doing. I suppose insulting your customer is easier than being accountable and honest.If you are looking for someone to do HVAC work, give Allan Ross Heating and Air-conditioning a call. Excellent workmanship, extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, and you can be sure he wont leave until the problem is fixed. (Not to mention way cheaper).

Was referred to XACT HAVAC by friends who had a suburb experience with this company. As a customer who lives in Kitchener Ontario I was blown away how ready, and willing they were to come to me. The owner and his apprenticing son came to do the install. They were able to get my Ac unit installed and running within 4 hours !!Very professional and knowledgeable.
