Don't make the same mistake I did. I thought I would save a few dollars over other motel choices in the area and I paid in advance to save another couple of bucks. The pictures looked good and the Expedia reviews were not that bad - I should have checked the Google reviews. As we walked into the lobby to check in, our first clue were all the windows that were disgustingly dirty. I won't list all the things that need repairs. When my wife took her morning shower, there was no hot water - tepid at best. A manager who can walk in every day past those dirty windows is a manager who does not care - and it shows everywhere. Do not make the same mistake I did.

The absolute worst room I have ever stayed in. Don’t let the pictures deceive you, the rooms no longer look like that. They may have at some point, but either the management at this location has changed- or they have just stopped caring. Our room had chunks of paint taken off the wall, a smashed mirror in the washroom, mystery stains on the sheets, the table had a chunk missing out of it, and one of the lights did not turn on. To be totally honest I was scared to sleep here. I would never in a million years enter that place again.

worst hotel experience ever. despite them confirming that I was entitled to it, staff refused to return my deposit as I did not have the same debit card (my wallet had been stolen so I cancelled it and got a new one) that I used at check in. I made a total of 9 visits attempting to have my deposit returned and followed every instruction given to me by the staff, yet it was never returned to me. The front desk agent required me to bring him bank statements to prove the deposit had come out of my account, which I did (and he took photos of them with his personal cell phone) yet they still refused to return the deposit. staff there told me they don't know their manager, owner or supervisor's contact information and that there was no way to get a hold of them. They called police on me even though I did nothing wrong and was simply demanding that my deposit be returned (police agreed with me on this) and I was subject to the worst treatment by hotel staff that I've ever received. I was absolutely disgusted by the way the situation was handled and I would rather sleep in my car than to ever return to this establishment. The rooms here are also infested with cockroaches (I have seen this for myself and know others who have as well). This hotel essentially stole 200 dollars from me in addition to charging me an excessive room rate while providing zero customer service and employing staff who have no idea how a customer should be treated. I have no idea how this place is still in business if this is how they treat their customers. I was undesputably lied to by 3 different staff about their policies in relation to my situation and there is no excuse for this. I have stayed in many hotels across the country and this experience is by far the worst I've ever had by far. Stay anywhere else before this place, trust me. Whoever owns this hotel has no idea how to train staff in the provision of customer service and does not deserve a dime of your money.

Good: beds comfortable. Less quality than a ‘No frills’ hotel. Bad: Bed looked unmade. no bedspread. Sheets not tucked. Pillows hard. Had to ask both days for extra coffee pods. And towels. Never fresh soaps. Never any Kleenex. No vacuuming done. And they inspected room before giving back damage deposit.Do not stay here.

Cons: Unfortunately very dirty rooms, garbage and food leftovers behind the cabinet, a dirty mattress with brown stains, a sticky table and a bed headboard, the air conditioner worked very poorly.Pros: Friendly staff, availability, parking, TV, ice machine, hot water

The fan in the washroom didn't work and my sister hated me for it.12/10, would rent a room there againReal talk: staff was friendly and room was decent. Location is pretty good, too. Close to a lot of amenities.

The room was DISGUSTING. Stains all over the bedding and carpet, pretty sure there was blood on the carpet. Most of the fixtures in the bathroom were gross and had rust on them. Plus everyone around the hotel was super sketchy. Was in the room for 5 minutes then went back to the front desk and was told I’d be refunded. It’s been a week so I called the manager and he refuses to give me a refund. I will NEVER stay there again.
