Staff and management are the best, I didn’t purchase anything but they were amazing to help me, there was a nice girl at fitting room she was so helpful and really kind, thanks for your great place and your great service.

On Sunday, November 27th, I went in to return a bra and buy 2 others as I picked up the wrong size. I waited in a 25 minute line, when I got to the cash, the lady told me that they were not taking returns due to Black Friday. Yesterday, I went to the place d’Orléans store and told the lady at that location what happened and she apologized as that was unacceptable. This is the second time I’ve been to the trainyards la vie en rose and have had an off putting experience. I won’t be back.

Amazing customer service from zera this Saturday! She greeted me as soon as I walked in and asked me if I needed any help. Offered me different bra designs to suit my needs. She attending to my every need and made sure I was doing good in the changing room. You’ve definitely earned my business.

This store doesn’t have a carry bag facility? I haven’t ever heard of any retail store saying that, and the cashier seems very rude in behaviour. Needs a proper training to be in the position. Definitely not recommended to visit. Not a pleasant place to shop your needs.

They don't give you any bags what so ever so you have to walk out with your knickers in hand for everyone to see the world looking at you while holding your dignity in your hands. It's a mess

I have not come here in years. today I decided to visit as i had seen a specific pair of bikini bottoms The website told me was in stock at this location. most of the younger females working here are VERY sweet. One of them (i wish i got her name) went above and beyond to help me search for the bikini i wanted. she called a second location for me and had them put 2 sizes on hold , & i went and got them. but what happened previous to this was just plain rude. one of the younger staff asked for help from an older staff member woman in her late 40’s , she seemed absolutely annoyed & was being passive aggresive towards me. she told me “WELL LISTEN IT MUST BE IN THE BOXES IN THE BACK AND I’M NOT CHECKING THAT” I was respectful the entire time yet she wanted nothing to do with me. i understand she was clocking off her shift but this is not how you treat people. do better. If i ever return to this location it would be simply because of how nice the girl helping me was.

When shopping during black Friday" and even doe they were very busy at the train yard Kris form the changing room was extremely helpful! her honesty and patience paid off as I left the store with 400.00$$ of stuff. Alina and Clara both help me at the cash and we very friendly. Its nice to deal with people that cares"

Stopped there on a Tuesday looking for specific items. There were 3 staff working and nobody else was in the store, not one offer of assistance and when I asked the 2 staff members at the cash for help it was like I was bothering them. Left there and went to the store at College Square where I received excellent service and will be returning.

The staff is very friendly, helpful and they give you your space and time to choose items. They have affordable undies from small to XXL and with different styles and cuts, you must find something that you like. Take advantage of the undies and the up to 70% off sale that is going on right now

Hello! I rarely ever post comments but I just had to about the wonderful service I received at your La Vie location at Trainyards. I was in on both Friday and Saturday, clearly a very busy time during their Black Friday event. Each girl I approached helped me in any way they could, even with all my questions and repetition. I don't think many people (customers) realize or care about how stressful this time of year is for employees. Employees are forgotten and considered numbers because of their line of work. I just want to say I recognize them and all that they do. Happy to give them something as little as this comment. Great job!
