This feedback is based on the negative experience I received from one of their representatives called Ken. I'm sure this place does exemplary things but unfortunately on this occasion they failed (or rather Ken failed) to really understand his role and the requirements. I had asked to print 4x4 square photos and had called in advance before I went in. He assured me they could do it and said yes to everything. I spent 50$ to go in for travel and he again reassured me that it was possible and to submit a custom request via the website - only to be told by someone more professional and specialized in the role that it was not feasible. I'm upset and angry that I had to take time out of my day and spend the money I did, and to be given sub-optimal customer service and reassurance. Again, this isn't a reflection on what this place can do, but Ken definitely ruined it for me and I won't be going back because I don't trust him.MY RESPONSE:I find it farcical that you’re now making up what I wrote when I sent you my custom quote requirements. What variable data are you talking about? I asked for a simple double sided prints to then be cut into 4x4. It’s not rocket science — and your response was that it’s not possible and that I was better off going somewhere else to have it printed.Honestly your response to my feedback just displays your ineptitude as a business. I truly hope customers read this review. I highly recommend everyone here to go to another printing provider - GRAFFIKA imaging being one. I called up GRAFFIKA imaging and they met my requirements and didn’t even have half the equipment or sophisticated machinery that you guys possessed when I glimpsed into the back office. It’s pathetic and I would have hoped you held yourself to higher standards - and please put Ken through proper training so this doesn’t happen again. My requirements were easy but you were too lazy to want to accept it.My second response:What you copy pasted was exactly what I requested verbatim to Ken and he said it was possible. I then went through the custom quote route online. I even sent videos to explain what I wanted but I was told it was not possible. Which tells me you were either lazy to want to accept the job or it wasn’t worth your while. How did a smaller company like GRAFFIKA imaging with limited machine table to provide a quality service without any issues? My requirements weren’t completed. The challenge here is you were lazy to want to manually cut my prints. Ken stated that if I’m “outsourcing” the printing to you then I would be eligible for the seller discount. At no point did I state I would want you to ship it as I stated I would pick up my items. IF THE JOB WAS T RIGHT COR YOU SHY DID KEN SAY IT WAS POSSIBLE? Why did he say to come to the shop? Why did Ken say I should come in to better understand the requirements? Why did Ken say I should make a test order first ? Why did Ken say this is something you’ve done before and it’s simple. Is Ken not part of your business? Aptitude in knowing when the job isn’t right should traverse all levels of your business and that includes front of house.Again - anyone reading this - please go to GRAFFIKA imaging. You won’t believe the difference in service and aptitude

Fantastic customer service. A piece showed up broken from shipping and I sent them an email with pictures of the broken piece and they replied within 30 mins saying that they will send me my replacement pieces ASAP. The product is sturdy and super easy to set up. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

I was really impressed with Clubcard Printing. They were really helpful and walked me through everything I needed to do to complete my printing project. They also kindly accommodated my short printing deadline and the final calendars were awesome. Thank you for helping make our fundraising project such a success. 5 STARS for sure!
