The worst service providers I have ever dealt with in my life, and I mean of all services, not only medical. I don't think anyone can ever top them in terms of incompetence.After waiting for over a month for an appointment, they called me and gave me a date to come see one of their doctors. They even sent me an email and a message to confirm my appointment date and time.I went on the designated date and took my kids with me because there was no place for me to leave them alone. I talked to the receptionist and answered all her questions, and then I was told to wait for my turn in the lobby. After 2 hours of waiting, the receptionist calls my name and simply tells me: there has been a misunderstanding, and the doctor doesn't come to the clinic today.

Dr. Jessie Jean Hippolyte was extremely invalidating of my symptoms and dismissive of a real condition I had to get treated elsewhere. A horrible experience trying to get help. I would not recommend.

Super professional clinic in this area. Doctors and staffs are amazing. Highly recommended.

Was excited to get a new doctor. That lasted a month. I'm back without a doctor.My doctor was calling me to give me test results, I believe, but she called, 3 TIMES, at my home number when I'm at work in daytime. My daytime number was in my file!!!!! After I saw on my caller id that she had called, I called the clinic the next day,first thing in the morning, and spoke to the incompetent receptionist, to remind her at which number to call me in daytime. I waited, and waited, and waited: never got a call back.A few days later I had an emergency, and called again, this time for a referral to a specialist, that I didn't even want to go back to the clinic as it was too painful for me to move. Again I spoke to the incompetent receptionist. She told me to come in on Wednesday, which I repeated SEVERAL times to make sure there was no mistake, and each time she said yes.I show up on the day she told me to show up, and I'm told that I'm a day early. I said no way, that I showed up on the day she told me to. My heartless doctor then saw me to tell me that she will NOT see me that day, DESPITE the fact that I have been in agony since several days ago, and told me to return the next day. All I wanted was a referral!!!!! Her speaking to me took longer than it would have to just give me the referral!Avoid this young and new doctor and her receptionist; they are both incompetent.

I am very disappointed with the service I received from this medical clinic. It took me three weeks to get an appointment to see a doctor, which was supposed to be today with Dr echelard. I received a confirmation message in the morning that my appointment would be today at 4 pm, but three hours before my appointment, the assistant called me to reschedule it to 5 pm. When I explained that I had other commitments at 6 pm, the assistant refused to give me another day and told me to call again for a second appointment. This kind of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and has caused me a lot of inconvenience. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone

Usually the secretaries are very nice but this time the receptionists were very disrespectful and unhelpful. Dr Demers is very cold and she is useless. Never again with her. I'd rather be in pain than have an appointment with her. If I would give her a rating under 0, I would definitely do it.

Amazing secretaries, nurses and doctors! Definitely recommend. Its easy to reach the secretaries and the doctors are wonderful.

I had a great experience doing my medical exam. The doctors, nurses and staff were all very friendly and welcoming. They make you feel comfortable and I didn't wait too long for them to do the test. I highly recommend this clinic !!
