CIBC Branch with ATM

Huge lineups and they never have enough tellers. They also asked for my drivers license 3 times to open an investment account because they kept losing the photocopies. I was going to buy Tesla stock before it skyrocketed but I missed out because of CIBC. They refused to do anything about it.

I switched to cibc about 4 months ago. 1 year free with 0 service charges. No worries about having them take my smokes money for service charges once a month. Awesome. Thank you cibc

Only 3 tellers available on the Tuesday after Canada day 2023. UNDERSTAFFED. Shows how they don't care about client service. Very slow. Took 30 mins with one customer when line was 20 deep.

... update your hours. I just drove 30 minutes to get to your location to deposit my pay cheque at a teller to find out you closed 40 minutes earlier. Not amused

This place is a joke. Just went there today to deposit a cheque and had a question about why I got a new credit card in the mail, she took both my credit cards in the back for 30 minutes and I asked a guy and a different teller to please go get that lady with my credit cards and he had an “I don’t care attitude” and the lady next to him laughed. Insanely rude people. Absolutely unprofessional.
