Domino's Pizza
Been a customer since 2016 but this is definitely coming to an end. This store has CONSISTENTLY been going downhill since the pandemic. Ordered 2 pizzas today both with extra cheese and nowhere near it; Feast veggie pizza with 4 toppings and I had lots fun with my 3yr old counting each ingredient as they are around just 15 pieces. FREAKING JOKES. Tasted dry and cold, too.

Order said 42-52 mins and its been 80 mins , no signs of orderManager of this store Manan is really rude saying he cant guarantee any delivery times.Order has been showing delivered for last 40 minsA manager being rude to customers is the worst we can expect.

Busy day so I decided to order a pizza (XL Philly Steak) this pizza worth over $30. But the one I got was more like a $5 pizza. Barely had any cheese or veggies, the crust was 1/3 of the pizza and I requested square cut and they gave me pie cut! Most simple task and they failed bad. And believe me they weren’t that busy in the store.By the time I found out I was already home. I was too tired to drive back and waste more time. Ill never go back again and I’m hoping others will read this and make they don’t get their money/time wasted!Only positive side on this is I only paid 50% of the price because they had a promo. But the quality of the pizza was still not worth half the price.

Worst customer service ever. I ordered a pizza combination that I always get and it tasted weirdly sour that day. Called to complain but they didn’t do anything. I felt sick after eating. Never ordering from this location again.

Check your pizza before paying, most of the time chosen toppings will be missing and don’t care to inform. Happen twice and when we call them (sometimes they will keep our calls on hold so that we will hang up the phone)about missing toppings then they will say that I forgot to tell those toppings are not available, but they don’t forget to charge. customer care don't care anymore for complaints. Avoid this store.

I ordered online and when i got there, the pizza was ready already. Although it was busy bcos of their 50% off, they got the order right..smells soo good and taste fresh and yummy. The place is clean and staff are really nice.

Minus 100 if I could.. ordered up for delivery.. 2.1 km doesn't take 40 plus minutes to deliver after it said on the website let the store.. and my dear you can't even get it polite to my door don't count on tip.. tip is not something you deserve for taking so long with no traffic and why there is a need for tip in the machine no tip I have a right for no tip amd my lowest option was 1% for awful service I was thrown reciept in my face !!

I'm not sure if this location has changed staff/management in the last year or so, but going to this location for almost 7+ years now, I've noticed a huge improvement in every area. Excellent and friendly customer service - they'll even customize your order to your liking no problem, and they don't cheap-out on the toppings. Additionally, it's the only location that doesn't up-charge every little thing. This location has now become the best Domino's I've ever been to! I'm closer to the Kingsbridge Circle store (which has gone downhill very fast), but will make the extra drive to give this location all my business! You guys are the best, keep it up and thank you! Update: I had a small understandable human error, and the friendly staff quickly offered to remedy. I wish all stores had such great customer service.
