Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great Experience with the Torbay Rd, NL location. We were worried after hearing peoples rental car reservations were cancelled due to a car shortage but they assured us that wouldn't happen. They picked us up in the car offered. It was a Kia Forte and was a great little car. Lots of room and decent on fuel. Return was simple. No extra charges, they didn't mind that it was dusty, and great communication with the office. I do wish we could have returned it to the airport location but they said that wasn't an option. I would rent from them again.

Just want to say a huge thank you to the lady working at this Enterprise location today. My Insurance company had sent her a reservation, but did not notify her by phone or e-mail. Due to this, she was completely unprepared when myself and my Father showed up, but still handled everything like a complete professional. We were in and out in under 5 minutes, and in a vehicle. She was super sweet, and even apologized for not being ready for us previous to us showing up, even though it was out of her control. Thanks for being so sweet, and keep up the amazing customer service!

My flight was 30 mins late, came to pick up my reservation and the door was locked. I called they said she was on her lunch and I had to wait until she was done. Ridiculous....
