The pharmacy is, sadly, a disaster. They cut the hours due to a lack of staffing which is something they can't control, but it has led to poor service. When my Dr. has faxed a prescription, on 2 occasions, they have not been received" by the pharmacy. This has led to me having to call the Dr. for another fax to be sent. We have become very disheartened by the level of service now provided. So much so that we are now considering an alternative pharmacy for our needs."

The pharmacy and the staff is not good at all. I bought blister pads they gave me without box and when I want to return it as it does not fit according to blister. They said its exposed and we can not take it back. I dont know how does make any sense as I never opened it and they never told me that I can not return of says final sale while selling it to me and they can definately use it after it is a OTC but they just do not want to do it. Really bad for them people are wasting there money

They need some good staf who knows how to do their job well . They need proper education how to perform their duties , how to communicate with customer .

Very nice staff that I dealt with in the Pharmacy section.I found some really good deals on gardening/landscaping items (weed puller, shrub clipper/trimmer).

This pharmacy isn't following provincial protocol they don't have staff on who can do injections but they were supposed to offer those as mandated by the province at the end of 2022. They changed my prescription without any authority to do so and sent me back to my doctor to make the corrections which frustrated her to no end. As of June 1 pharmacists are now given more prescribing powers but I wouldn't recommend coming here for those services since it's highly unlikely they will adapt them. The shoppers drug mart on 120th at about 73 has much better staff they do offer injections and are very very kind. Because of my experiences with London drugs and calling in for a prescription refill ( for life saving insulin not pain meds not anything addictive but life saving ) i now have ptsd because of how many times they argued with me. It's not right and this shouldn't be happening. We personally witnessed a situation where they were denying a patients wife some cancer meds and pain meds for her husband as her husband was released from the hospital and they said they received the prescription too late and wouldn't fill it for them. Wife started crying saying she just got him back home but he needs his pain meds more then anything else or else he would have to go back to the hospital! The pharmacists play with other peoples lives like they're gods and that has some drastic and unfortunate consequences! I can't recommend this pharmacy at all and I think the government needs to look into its operations and shut it down and de certify most of its pharmacists that work here. Good lord!

Always had a great experience here with staff and the manager. London drugs Is generally a great company. Even my online ordering through them has been great. Any returns and warranty issues london drugs has taken care of it. Also any concerns with price matching they have done their best to accommodate me. The electronic staff has always been knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you

Gurjot Singh in electronics department is very kind and helpful. He is excellent in problem solving. I am happy with his service regarding my AirPods.

Gayan the tech specialist horrible person you can come across. I bought cricket maker 3 from kinggeorge location, coz I could not find it anywhere else. Mind you I live close to this location, it take atleast 20-25 mins drive from this location to kinggeorge location. So I went to return cricket make which I had used to see if it gonna do the job I wanted. unfortunately it didnt work for me. Brought it back to return. Original packaging and receipt. Original location told me that I can return to any location within 30 days. No expception mentioned to this specific product. Howevr Gayan thinks that I can only return this product to king George location only. I asked why, he said he dont know. But he cant take it. I asked about policy if its different for their location he said he dont know, I can call customer service to find out about policy which he does know about or I can come back when Manager is there or I can read by myself on back of receipt. He did not bother to open the box to see if anything actually wrong with return, no his only reason is I can only return to same location.I had to left the store and ofcourse I was upset with his behaviour I told him to shut up and called him As* H***.I called customer service, apparently to customer service lady He told he didn't service me because i sad bad words. Which is straight lie. I made sure if manager is always on duty , customer service said yes, so I called the location to talk to manager, according to manager the only product that is criket maker 3 have a different policy to return at same location you buy. He specifically said cricket maker 3 only. I asked no one informed that when I bought and their is no paper that say so. He said I can call on monday to complain to Erin, department manager and know more about it coz he does know. All of sudden he is not a manager he only covering for today.All this happen on july 8 evening around 8.45 to 9.30.Extremely upset how this company works, associates are not able to help or explain why cant they help.
