Reitmans

I purchased a pair of capris on July 13th with 7 other items and then on July 15th received an email from Reitman's to say that the same capris where now 50% off. I called the store and told them I still had my receipt but had worn the capris and could I get the cost difference back to be told that Reitman’s had changed their policy and that as I had worn them I couldn’t get the difference even with a receipt and the tags. I’ve shopped at Reitman’s for 25 years and was shocked at this policy. Nearly every other company I know will honour a price drop within 30 days used or not if you have the receipt. You might want to review your policy especially as your trying increase your business as a years closure after Covid. Very disappointing.

I've enjoyed shopping at Reitmans for many years. They have a nice selection of dressy, business casual, casual and workout clothing. The employees are always so friendly and helpful. They have great sales, too. I like their scarves. The store is always clean and well kept. The change rooms are large, which is nice.

I use to come to this store all the time and loved it the manager Tabitha was amazing! I went in today to exchange a pair of shorts I wore once and they bagged out. I brought them back to exchange them and they told me the tags need to be on. It does not say that on the receipt and the new manager argued with me that she told me! She would not budge on this. Because of this ridiculous policy I will not be returning to the store. The manger was rude and abrupt and very unprofessional

This is a great store! I told the sales associate what I was looking for and she scoured the store to help me find the perfect dress. All of the staff there were super nice and very helpful.

Horrible staff. Poor customer service. Very rude ladies at cash register . If you don’t love your job, don’t work. We are paying customers not a charity case. Head office need to send these people for more training. It used to be my favourite store but not anymore.

Always find what I need here. Great store for those that are in their middle years.We all want to look fashionable even if we're 50+.They carry plus, petite and regular sizing. The clothing here is age appropriate, meaning that there is more options than just skinny jeans or cropped tops.I bought a beautiful pair of straight cut jeans and a blouse to be delivered, for they didnt have my size in-store.

Great customer service from Tabitha. She knows customers names and styles, colours I was actually blown away. My wife’s loves coming here for the stuff but it’s the customer service that makes her come back.

Stay away from the Abbotsford location. By far the worse customer service. Don’t know her name but she may be the manager, shoulder length hair but clearly she isn’t happy with her job or life in general. There is nowhere to shop here in Abby for “black clothing” so this was my go to for just basic clothing as we wear all black at my clinic. Def worth the drive to Chilliwack or even to Vancouver to shop now. I feel bad for that lady though, I clearly remember her last week when I was there she was yelling at her staff and had the worse attitude towards customers :(. Please do yourself a favour and please find another job of you are that unhappy.
