Highly recommend coming in to see Cruz. He's very kind as well as knowledgeable on the products in the store! Super easy to speak with and I never leave empty handed!!

This is my favorite store. I popped in on a whim one day, and Cole went above and beyond to help me. The past few time's I've been in the lady with the pretty hair colors (sorry forgot your name!) has been so helpful. She always has a smile and wanting to help. Staff are all very knowledgeable, friendly and if you get a membership the discounts are well worth it. Go check them out!

Cole was very nice and helpful and had alot of knowledge of the product. Very happy with the options that are available here. Store was very very clean And tidy. And another great thing is there the only ones open until 11! Definitely will be coming here from now on :)

I love coming into this store! Cole is by far the best bud tender that i have ever had the pleasure of dispensing me cannabis products. Always makes my day every time I go in there.

Some of the staff there is extremely rude for no good reason. The old lady working there is having a weird mid life crisis and getting a kick out of fighting with people more than half her age. I am pretty sure she also lied to me about being the manager when i asked for one.Checking ID is no problem we understand the rule. But the lady recognized us and said in not a very nice tone that “I will always check YOUR ID” i don’t understand why we have to be singled out. And mind you that same lady told us the last time that “I remember you now. I wont ask for ID again.” you can create any stories you like either you had a personal problem with us because you clearly knew how to push our buttons or either its just not a brown people friendly store.

I rarely post reviews, but my experience today warranted one.I stopped into the gasoline alley location on my way through to Edmonton, and was helped by probably the most friendly, genuine, fun individual I’ve EVER met, let alone in a customer service role, named Cole M.I was having an incredibly rough day, and stopped in to grab something to help me relax. Cole made sure to professionally but kindly ask for a piece of ID to verify my age, spent time chatting with me, and just genuinely made me feel like an old friend stopping by for a visit. At first, I thought maybe it was a one off, and perhaps it was just because I was a female. But as other customers entered the store, I noticed he treated every single one with the same warm welcoming and chit chat, as if we were all old friends.As an HR professional, I found so much joy and comfort in meeting Cole, because not only did he treat his customers with the utmost kindness, but because I also understand how hard it is to find an employee like him.If I could give him 10 stars alone, I would. You guys have a shining star on your team and I hope he knows that!!
