WOW, THIS PLACE IS A SCAM, AFTER LOOKING UP TO SEE WHO THEY ARE CHARGING MY VISA...AVOID THIS PLACE. THEY DID THE SAME THING TO ME, SHIPPED ONE, THEN CALLED AND SAID THEY FORGOT ONE, BS, THEN THEY SHIP ONE AFTER I CALLED AND CLOSED ACCOUNT!! THEY EVEN HAD THE NERVE CALL TO THANK ME FOR THE BUSINESS IN THE PAST. THERE INK DOES NOT LAST EITHER. CAN'T BELIEVE WHAT THEY GET AWAY WITH! STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!

rip off company do not do business with them they need to go to jail for the scam they doing . they called up i wheen for it they ship one , call agian to say it was a short ship then they send more product and a bill for short ship , 1 month later they send more , no they will not take it back and want to charge a restocking fee .

This company does not follow through on their product offering. They scam 2 - 3 sales from businesses with below par products and then do not return calls.Not only do their ink toners not hold up to their promises, one of their ink toner exploded in my printer causing further repair bills.Where possible, I would rate zero stars.

If I could post a 0 I would. This company is dishonest and shipped me items under the impression I was short shipped for an order and then billed me for another order! I told them I would send the second order back and they refuse to take it back. Very shady, I refuse to pay for a second order I did not place, do not work with this company!!

Agree with the other reviews. A total scam. Would give them no stars if I could.

Scam! We were cold called and offered a product, which wasn't cheap to begin with. We were told that there's going to be 2 toners in the box. When the package arrived it only contained 1 product instead of 2. Then we receive a call saying that they had an issue with logistics and that's why we received only single product and could they send us another. Seemed innocent, but here's the catch - they send originally missing product and bill again for the original amount. Now you are out double the amount for a complete garbage of a product not even worth 1 % of the price they want for it. When I tried to contact them about replacement of the product as one was completely defective, the call went straight to voicemail. Left voicemail twice no one calls back. Then the looking for payment calls come in and that's the only time that you will hear back. They call and yell trying to intimidate into payment, deny original conversation and agreement, because obviously everything is on the phone and nothing was written down.I want everyone to know that this is terrible people working to scam businesses out of money.

Same thing happened to me as in a previous review. I was contacted and told my order was short changed. The company then sent me another product that was suppose to be in the original order and billed me twice. Do not deal with this company. It does not seem legit at all. Wish I'd never agreed to my original order (which was a cold-call from them) claiming we would save money on ink cartridges in the first place. Pretty sure this is a scam.

Same experience as the other reviews. I agreed to try the ink, which was supposedly much better quality and would last longer than other products. Two months later I received another shipment of ink. Concerned that this was some kind of an ink subscription service, I called them to say I hadn't ordered any more ink and didn't want any. They said they are a wholesaler and as part of the promo I had to get two. But due to the misunderstanding" they would give me a discount on the second one. I agreed to keep it but told them I didn't want any more. Today I received another shipment. Called the company and this time they said I had agreed to get FOUR. However I had already gone online and discovered this is their scam. When I confronted "Jennifer" she became beligerent and hung up on me. There are many more complaints on the BBB website. Also discovered that the ink is really cheap and can be purchased on Alibaba for $20. Trying to get the word out to everybody to not fall for this scam!!"
