We have been residing here for a while now. I just have a few things to say. The management is unprofessional, and completely biased. They have their own way of making policies and then applying them only to certain respective residents. I am very unhappy by their unethical behaviour. In addition, if you make a request they straight disagree or disregard any views you may have. Hence, I do not recommend 10 Lisa street for a rental apartment to individual's who want to have a peaceful life and breathe.

Have lived here since April, 2000 and thoroughly enjoy our residence here - it's our home!Although we were disappointed with losing our beautiful trees (due to extensive underground parking repair needs) we still enjoy the community and location; we also value the attentiveness of all the staff employed here, including quick response to maintenance needs.

I am very much disappointed with their website . I saw multiple apartments available on their website with move in date of 1 Dec and submitted application but came to know that those are 15 Dec or later move in.The lady at rental office is helping but she cannot do much as the apartments needs time to be ready for next move in.Please try to bring transparency in your online system and actual system so that it saves everyone's time.

Excellent staff who ensure all requests are promptly looked after. Many facilities and always maintained nice and clean. Quiet and safe. Good management. Friendly environment. Many thanks to all staff that ensures everything is running smoothly.

Went to visit my parents a while back and was very disappointed with the state of where they are living. The security guard here was rude and unbothered. The swimming pool was absolutely filthy and had a strange pungent odour. The men’s changeroom and the entire first floor had a lingering smell of a feces. Would not recommend anyone renting/ buying here until they get their act together!

One of the nicest homes I've ever had thanks in part to the excellent management, maintenance, and cleaning staff at 10 Lisa. Absolutely love it here :) Please don't change a thing!!

i have friends who live this place, they have a condo. might be a bit excessive with front gate security questionz, but thats understandable today

Excellent staff, we were able to do everything online which was a relief. Edisa helped us in the whole process.Apartment itself is dated.
