My boyfriend and I were driving around Hamilton trying to find somewhere to stop for a late lunch and stumbled upon this place.The service was GREAT, food was great (however what I was looking for they ran out of) & Beer was cheap!This place was a little ran down on the inside, ceiling had leak marks, some scratches on wallpaper on the wall, chair was wobbly lol but overall it was a very welcoming place.Great first time experience definitely will be returning.

Hannah is THE BEST server in the entire world she is such a sweet woman and she works SO hard i cannot thank her enough for always making my experience incredible every time i visit!!!!!!! to the manager: tell hannah she’s awesome and give her a high five

Very loud but expected from the location and atmosphere. They guided us to find a seat and we ended up having to assemble our own table which was a bit frustrating.The food was amazing and the portions were big. Had the bruschetta, French onion soup, and chicken pot pie with mashed potatoes, all worth the cost. The drinks didn't stand out though.They were small for the price, I had the Red Bull Vodka and didn't even receive the whole can of Red Bull in my drink and it was flat.The waitress was fantastic and was jumping over people, chairs, and even a fireplace to be able to serve us promptly and constantly. She was cheerful and helpful!

It's a bar. Drinks weren't very good at all. Server was nice but service was a bit slow. I'll stick to beer if I end up back and don't think I'd eat here, having seen the food go by (looks frozen).

Great pub grub, the food was savory and exactly what I was expecting when I ordered the combo platter (which serves two very hungry students by the way). Drinks were delicious, and our server was really sweet. The place itself is a little run down and dirty, adds character to the atmosphere, I guess.

I LOVED the Irish nachos so much I definitely recommend it. The service was amazing, the custom service was incredible, and the server that we had was so sweet. If you happen to be in the area it's definitely worth your time to check it out .

Really quaint local pub. Food was quite good and the selection of brews on tap was extensive . It was quite pricy but I guess that is the norm nowadays. I will go back.

Went for drinks and apps with a couple friends over family day weekend. This place was super busy because we came on their karaoke night but our waitress was friendly and the drinks and apps came super fast! They also had friendly security which made it a comfortable experience.

Great food, great atmosphere, and great staff (attentive & friendly)! Nestled in the central commercial Westdale strip-mall area, local residents & McMaster University students find it a great place to share a meal and/or a drink with friends & family. A quant relaxing pub style restaurant you'll visit again & again!
