Most amazing experience at a flooring store I ever had ! I just moved and needed the flooring changed in my son's rooms right away. He educated me on the options, and came over that same evening to look at the existing floor, as it was really old and uneven. While he was here, he saw my son on his computer and even offered him a scholarship if he goes into computers !He knew my budget was tight, and had a customer that was getting rid of some existing flooring that was lovely and in great shape so he gave it to me for my laundry room! His only sale was matching flooring for a couple small bedrooms. Really above and beyond for very little profit. Robert and his wife have hearts of gold!

When we decided to change our flooring, we only checked a couple of places. The first one we stopped at was LINQ Flooring. We met Robert and Nathalie (owners) and they were very friendly, professional and helpful. They answered the many questions we asked and explained other flooring options. We took our time deciding. We did check another company but the quality was not as great as the ones from LINQ's. We came back a few more times before our final decision and received their quote for supplies only. After a lot of debating, my husband decided to do the project himself. Throughout the process Robert was available for any consultation and assisted in any way he could. We got to know Robert and Nathalie and now that project is completed, we have gained their friendship. So if you are thinking of changing floors, countertops, etc., please stop by at the LINQ Flooring. The whole experience was effortless except for all the hard labor my husband did.

Natalie and Robert at Linq Flooring provided us with absolutely the best shopping experience we had during the entire process of building our new house. The showroom is beautifully put together, allowing us to have a thorough look at the products available, and to make the right decision about which floor to purchase. If I could give more stars I would! Robert and Nathalie were so incredibly helpful and made us feel like friends as soon as we stepped through the door. They shared all their knowledge with us to guide us in the right direction with the flooring in our new home and never tried to force us in another direction. Their showroom is perfectly set up so nothing feels too overwhelming. We're DIYing our project and Robert drove out 20 minutes to our place to walk us through installation and answered all our questions. Thank you Robert & Nathalie, we'll be back for sure!

A well laid out showroom with inspirational vision boards tastefully situated throughout the space lend inspiration and imagination for any space one is creating.Reminiscent of boutiques visited in Europe, one cannot help but enjoy spending time designing a new space with Nathalie, who is not only a master of her craft in bringing ideas to reality, but educates and develops a sensible plan for clients.Nathalie and Robert both deliver outstanding customer service, which is sometimes a lost art these days.Everything from the warm greeting, the offer of coffee and the beautiful music set the tone for the whole experience.Anyone in the Okanagan considering new flooring, countertops, or help bringing ideas to be life, LINQ Flooring is not just a nice place to visit, it is the ONLY place to visit.If I could give 10 stars, I would.I will definitely be returning.

We can’t say enough about the customer service that Robert and Nathalie provided. We had a unique situation tying in existing tile with new flooring. Robert and his team made a number of trips to our home to ensure every detail was thought out prior to installation. We’re very happy with the end result as it provided the blended look we were trying to achieve. We would highly recommend Linq Flooring.
