For complete transparency, I didn't try the hypnosis services. I was considering it and reached out for pricing to compare my options. Despite asking numerous times, Gilian, the Director, wouldn't tell me anything about the potential investment required.Instead she just kept trying to get me to book a free screening call to see if she would decide to take me as a client". It very much felt like she had something to hide - isn't it a fair question to know the price of something before committing any time to it?To top it all off

Truly, If I can do it you can too! Hypnosis works, If you’re thinking about doing it 100% do it. I’m so grateful to Gillian for helping me to stop smoking but on top of that she was also able to help me manage stress and harness all that previously wasted energy productively, my focus is heightened and I am way happier. I Highly recommend!

I’m an older guy and I carried the assumptions and habits of a lifetime but I was really tired of procrastinating and having weak self-esteem. I knew what my problems were, yet I wasn’t able to move beyond them. Gilian’s work with me was on an entirely different level, a deeper level. After the hypnosis sessions, I found myself carrying out a myriad of tasks with an affirmative inner voice. Now, I take charge. Gilian introduced me to hypnosis. She explained all the different programs during her free screening. I was then able to choose the one to fit my situation. After doing the hypnosis sessions, I felt very relaxed and was able to see change in my life right away. I was more confident, less anxious, sleeping better. Strongly recommend! Thanks Gilian :)!

I was at the end of my rope living in a dark hole of depression. I am so happy I looked into hypnosis for weight loss and found Gilian! She taught me all the right tools of hypnosis to embark on a new journey of clean eating and exercise! 8 weeks in and I feel like a new person loving and living in the same skin I once hated. I am not only motivated to live life and get healthy. I feel confidence and joy again. And my relationship with my husband has flourished!! Since starting at Hypnosis Niagara I have lost over 25 lbs and over 11 inches. The best results have been in other areas - I sleep better and I have much better control of my eating habits. Snacking was always a problem, especially at night, and I rarely ever snack now.

Very perceptive and knowledgeable therapist.Gilian gave me the tools to gain back my power and now I know what feels right for me and don't let others convince me differently.I'm loosing weight, my pain is almost completly gone, I have more energy an my self esteem is restored.Thank you so much for putting me back on track!
